Fantastic customer service, couldn’t have asked for more. I went to Tesco at Watton to buy a huge quantity of alcohol for my wedding. I was immediately offered assistance by the store manager who checked if there was any extra of each item on my list in stock and out back. Another store worker then helped me carry the items in to my trolley. Another person then offered to carry the alcohol to our car without me even having to ask. Then as we were paying a lovely lady from Tesco asked if I was the person getting married and then handed me a bottle of Moët Champagne which she said was from the store manager. Such kind wonderful people. Thank you!

I just want to thank the kind lady that helped us after my 3 year old had a toilet accident at the store today. I was so impressed by how quickly the staff helped us as if it was no fuss at all. 5 stars from me thank you

Nice store, layout is great. Staff are polite and courteous. Only gripe, there is often aisle jams because of home delivery trolleys.

After an awful experience at Aldi Dereham , decided to stay local and visit Tesco Watton.
Brilliant ! Friendly welcoming staff...trolleys cleaned...strict control on people numbers. We'll signed directions. Check out friendly helpful and courteous. Just my all time niggle that Blue Badge Parking not managed and consistently abused by none badge holders.
