O2 Shop Norwich

Came in with a toddler, having a right old whinge in his pushchair, to discuss getting a tablet added on to my existing contract as I could do with one for work and I'm already with O2 and virgin media. Ryan came over within 2 minutes to see if he could help. Sat me down at a desk was very understanding of my toddler kicking off. Then noticed I had smashed up the bottom of my phone and had to put tape over it. Ryan really knows how to handle a customer, he listened to my needs and preferences and then rustled up a deal to get me a new phone and a new tablet for about £2 a month more than I was currently playing. Then he made a point to make sure I was aware of two promotional offers attached to the phone I was considering which would get me a Fitbit, some headphones, and a prepaid credit card with £250 on it!!! Safe to say I was blown away. For no upfront cost and barely £2 extra a month Ryan had me leaving the store with exactly the sort of tablet I came in looking for, a brand new phone to replace the sorry looking one I had and further bonuses to collect down the road. I am honestly delighted and can't recommend O2 enough.

We went into the store and Carolina served us. I had an issue with my Samsung phone, O2 were our providers. Carolina after some while, solved my problem and this was after me visiting the Samsung store and being given advice that wasn't ideal. This was even knowing this wasn't an O2 problem, but Carolina took the time to help me. Well done Carolina for going above and beyond the realms of customer service! Thank you.

Brilliant friendly team in this store, they all acknowledged and spoke to me. Very helpful. Have had Ryan help me twice and he went above and beyond to help me, he's a credit to the store/O2. Will be back next year for the S24 Ultra!!

Edit. After reading other reviews. The manager was very friendly and nice. This is an extremely busy store so they can't always answer the phone due to all staff being engaged with customers. Best to call 1st thing or approaching closing time.

Hade an amazing experience the service has gone up so much. Rew and Georgia (training) must say amazing helpful and so much fun talk to. The lady that greatest me at the door was also lovely

I done a trade in on my old device at the same time which was hassle free and super easy. No pushy sales just great service including setting up and switching everything over to my new device.

The best way to get your phone sorted. I was sat down 20mins and they had sorted me and my 2daughters phones and contracts out. Something customers services couldn't do over the phone 🙄 so glad I went in. Everyone was so helpful and weren't pushy at all. So happy 10/10

Went in today to upgrade phone as old one dodgy. Short wait despite it being a very busy Sat. Super helpful and friendly staff, very happy with new phone and deal. They were able to get everything sorted for me quite quickly as I couldn't come back another day or stay long in Norwich. Sorted out all my queries and hiccups. Thank you O2 and staff.👍👍👍

I’ve had problems with a replacement device that was shipped out to me by O2 insurance and have had to seek assistance in this store twice this week. On. It’s occasions the staff here have been absolutely first class and I hope O2 recognise them for the great team and brand ambassadors they are.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the staff in this store. I can't remember the ladies name who helped me but she went above and beyond. My new sim card kicked in about 4pm. Thank you so much for your patience.

I went into the Norwich store today to get a new phone for myself and my wife and can wholeheartedly recommend them. I was served by Rwanda, who was so helpful and made the whole process so well informed and easy. Thank you Rwanda for your wonderful customer service.

Good and i was not talking to a foreigner who cant understand English

Not been in a phone shop for years but just changed network to O2. Following a few teething issues the staff here could not of been better. Was going to leave O2 following the teething issues but their levels of customer service and professionalism convinced me to stay and I am glad I did

Went to O2 store this morning for help with a sim card swap. Fantastic help from a top man called Josh. Cheers.

I was very stressed with fraudsters having hacked my account, and waiting for ages to hear back from O2 fraud team. The team in the store reassured me and immediately set up a new account in my name. Particular thanks to Shelby, who took me under her wing and took care of everything.

Great service from the O2 Guru Daniel, had several things that needed sorting out with a replacement phone. Not very tech Savy and took time to sort issues and explain things in ways I understood. Left with all issues sorted, thanks again for great service

Social distancing measures are in place so they only allow a limited number of customers in the shop at once (one per sales rep). Other need to queue outside. Hand sanitizer is available upon entering the shop.

The staff were polite and apologetic about the wait (which I didn't mind, as there's good reason).

Whilst queueing outside, a member of staff will take your name and reason for visit to speed things along, when it's your turn to enter.

Not the quickest service, so I would recommend if need sorting stuff, go to toilet first :) that being said, I have harrased these guys a lot over the past years and they are brilliant. O2 is still at the top of my list, and from my life experience the best Customer Service I have ever encountered consistently both in person or on the phone!
