Unbelievable experience, the owner was so rude it was shocking. She shouted at me for asking for my parcel that had been delivered there and wouldn’t entertain helping me she was abusive and disrespectful. Yet this is a service they have signed up to offer **Worst customer service I have received ** two young boys that work there got spoken to so badly and looked terrified by her, the shop itself is rundown and substandard so you would assume every effort should be made to keep its customers. I would avoid it in future at all costs (a shame as I always try to support small local shops where possible) I’ve taken the time to write this review with the hope the owner will read it and change her ways! If not towards her customers then at least her staff.

I have just driven a 6 mile round journey to this shop because they are listed as a Yodel drop off shop that are open until 7pm on the official Yodel site. Having been let down by the shop that is nearer to me who inexplicably decided to shut 4 hours early, I arrived at Seaview stores to find that they had done much the same! In their defence only an hour early so I guess technically better than the other store! Guys it's not difficult. If you list yourselves as a drop off point for a national delivery service YOU NEED TO LET THEM KNOW IF YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE YOUR OPENING HOURS!! Absolutely fuming!
