Tesco Superstore

It's a great store, just outside of Norwich. Good - sized car park or you can take the bus 36A (purple line) from the city centre and it stops just outside of the store. Very well stocked, clean, and lots of staff on the shopfloor clearly working very efficiently during what is the busiest time of the year in retail.

Spacious parking spots, plenty of places available for free. Good selection of products. Right place for weekly shopping.

Shopping doesn't feature in my 10 best things I like to do but your staff at Harford Bridge store make it so much better for me. Friday I was standing looking at my list obviously wondering where I could find an item when a member stopped asked if he could help, he took me directly to the right spot. At check out always helpful when needed.

Good location, easy access, ok for fast in and out shopping. Helpful attitude.

Great store with a huge collection of items including essentials and clothes.
The seasonal collection for Easter was excellent. There were also special discounts on multiple products including wines and chocolates.
There is also a Costa inside the store.

Nice store , popped in to pick up food from the yo sushi stand , lots of variety in the main store , like that there's a costa here too

Friendly and helpful staff, lots of product choice

It was Good Friday and the car park was packed but the store didnt feel too busy. The people buying online shopping were not obtrusive or in the way.
At the checkouts George was polite, friendly and efficient, great job!

It is quite big and you will maximum things that you need.It is open 24hrs.It has got petrol pump too.

Firstly I’d like to say how impressed I was with a member of staff who went out of her way to help me. Her name was Jackie and she works in the Bakery. She was so kind to me and helped me navigate my way round the store offering advise on my purchases. I have never met anyone so kind and helpful. Thank you Jackie you made my shopping experience really quite wonderful. Jackie is a real asset to your company. I wish there was a Jackie in every Tesco Store. I like this store because the products are well laid out. The aisles are wide enough for customers and shelf-stackers.

They have my southern fried chicken stripes which all the other Tescos seemed to have stopped going 😭

My first time in this Tesco and I must say me and my partner received the most outstanding customer service from George. He was very persistent and did not stop until our issue was resolved. Thankyou so much! God bless

I would just like to say what a pleasure it is shopping at your store. The staff are so helpful and cheery and today in particular went that little bit further to find the item I wanted.

The food at tescos was great but the slight taste of asbestos in the deli chicken really didnt help the flavour. Overall 9/10

I loved this place -
It provided many of the things I needed while visiting the area.

I actually got addicted to some of the products they offered that could not be matched in the USA.

Super helpful staff - they were always happy to help me find the things I wanted - from water, to sandwich to sleeping pills!

Open long hours, great selection of products, large fuel filling station. Cafe on premises. Wheelchair parking and access all good.
