GANT Cambridge

We popped into the store last week and what lovely customer service from the team. Jane offered us drinks and a seat and was so attentive! My other half felt very special it was like the scene out of pretty women! Great shopping experience.

I went in today to buy a shirt for some races I was going to in a couple of days , with no idea what to look for I was greeted by matt who helped give me plenty of choices of what to get , he was very friendly , very approachable and helped me get what I needed . What a grest man he is !

An amazing experience each time I shop here. I have only recently come across this store in the Grand Arcade, however will definitely be returning again soon. All the staff I have interacted with have been beyond helpful and kind -- truly providing a personal shopping experience and makes in feel like a very high end shop. The clothes are great quality and I like the styles. Their membership program is also very rewarding.

This shop gives a very relaxing experience. On a cold winters day ,I was offered a seat and hot coffee. What a welcome !! I did purchase 2 shirts but this offer of kindness came before that commitment.

Every time I have visited this store, their customer has been superb. Most recently I was served by a very friendly and helpful blonde Swedish lady. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for great quality clothes and excellent customer service.

Awesome staff. From the first moment when you enter the shop they are willing to help you with finding the right clothes for you. And not to forget, there are awesome sales like 60% off sometimes.

Always been a first class experience. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, nothing too much trouble. Manager Matt is a top guy!

Shopped there today and the lady that served me is always very helpful and friendly.
