Sports Direct

What I normally don't like about sports direct is that even though the ships are a decent size they are massively overstocked meaning that you cannot walk around them without bumping into people or trying over the stock. This sports direct is different in that it as absolutely massive. This not only allows for more stock but the stock can be spread further apart allowing you to walk around freely.

Pegasus for the wife 88 quid, school shoes for youngest and some extra bits. 138 with blue light, can't complain

Good selection of clothes and footwear shame can’t use blue light card now unless it’s full priced and everything is reduced but other than that staff were helpful and friendly

It's so good that i decided to work for them.

I used to work there as warehouse operative for 2 years. Some departments are bad and others are great. But after 2 years I became class 1 lorry driver there. Beginning was rough, night shifts, lots of hand balling, working in any weather. After few months I loved doing that. Some of the routes were piece of cake, I got to sleep for few hours sometimes and still got paid. When my wife was pregnant, I ask management to get some local routes to be close to home all the time. They were giving me routes up to 1 hour away from depot with few hours of sleep almost every night. Unfortunately I was forced to leave UK due to family circumstances. I would love to work there again.
I recommend this job for unexperienced lorry drivers as they getting up to 3 months training with other driver.

Seems a great place to deliver to,you do go down a B road but it’s all good. I was tipped and out within the hour but maybe I just got lucky. You can stay in your cab whilst they tip. Only advice I can give is when you get on site park your truck in a bay near bay 25,that’s any bay according to the shunter.

I am currently working in this place the shop is closed but I recommend online shopping

First time in this store was very impressed how big it was spent spent nearly 2 hrs there but will have to return has did not get to see round the upstairs area. Tryed a few pairs of walking boots on while there .The young man assisted was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for him to help with.

Bought an item online before reading all the disappointing reviews otherwise maybe I wouldn't have ordered since I'm always skeptical about online ordering but luckily I didn't have any issues with shipment or the item and they also enclosed a return label if I want to return the item. 5 stars from me!

Massive place, has everything you need, and delivers too. Very safety conscious and well run. Still a busy warehouse, never sleeps.
