Today Mary help me to sort out a Reiss refund. Although I did not get it, Mary tried everything to help me.she was amazing.

I was helped today by a lady called Karen she went above and beyond to help me with some clothing items as I don't have a lot of confidence she was excellent whilst she was getting my size from upstairs an assistant called Diane B was trying to help a gentleman at the tills that was extremely rude and obnoxious she was calm and polite through out towards him it still didn't stop his rude behaviour she kept her calm manner throughout Next you train your staff well to have a good customer service I will definitely shop in this store again 👏🤗

Seven of us went here to get suits for my friend's wedding. Two really friendly staff, one of whom was called Ciara served us with great patience and helpfulness.

The car park is number recognition and if you stay more than 2 hours it's a £90 fine through your door automatically in about a week.

Excellent store, staff professional, friendly helpful, also the store is always very clean and tidy, well organised. This store is an absolute credit to the Next Organisation.
