I visited today and bought lots of Christmas presents. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my experience. Plus I won a lovely robin Christmas decoration in the on line advent promotion. Thank you, M&S.

What a great shop. Went for the first time today. All staff helpful and friendly. It was lovely to be able to find somebody easily for help and advice. Never any staff at Meadowhall or Sheffield. Many thanks to all and keep up the high standard. Will certainly be visiting again.

Booked in for a bra fitting today. Pam was lovely, very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease as I’ve always found bra fittings to be a bit invasive and unpleasant. Would be more than happy to go back to see her for my next fitting

This latest Review is solely about the online click & collect experience. Having initially placed the online order & received day/time collection details,another update notification arrived a day later on about the order would be available to collect a day earlier so communication was excellent This was my 1st visit to the new location & once inside the surroundings which looked to be very impressive with the food section to the left & clothing to the right side.After. looking around for store signs (located near Escalator)which detailed the floor layouts ,I headed towards the self service check outs /ordering desk where a pleasant member of staff pointed out the click n collect screens to the side,once you imput your name & within 60 seconds a staff member appears from the door at the side with my order.After I answered correctly a security question I was soon on my way back to work as i was on my lunch break .This was a 5🌟 click n collect experience and I shall return back at some point to have a proper look round the store .

Visited the small cafe area upstairs,all the usual covid measures are in place with a young M&S staff member takes your details for track & trace wile your standing in the queue,the tables & chairs were cleaned down well between use.Had a Lovely cappuccino coffee & delicious cheese & mushroom toastie.

Thank you to Pamela who did my bra fitting, she was so warm and friendly. She made me feel really at ease and took the time to find the right fit and style for me.

A huge thank you to Jean in the lingerie department who very kindly and patiently helped my mum with her bra fitting. Jean is a huge credit to the store and I hope her excellent customer service is acknowledged and appreciated by her managers. Thank you Jean!

I have just had a Bra fitting,in the store. The lady introduced herself as Marisa,very nice + showed me to a cubicle.
The whole experience was Professionally done. I would recommend a Bra fit at Marks + Spencer to every lady! 10/10

I hadn't been in the new store till today. I booked online for a bra fitting (which was easy to do). Jean was the lady who was appointed for my appointment. Jean was very lovely, helpful and had great knowledge of what suited me. Jean continued until we found the correct and right bras to fit me properly. Thank you Jean for your help and advice 😀

Called into the new store for my first time I was so impressed what a massive improvement over its former premises, so well set out neat and tidy everything in its well organized place a very comfortable shopping experience without any hassle.

First time I have been in M&S since they moved. The place is so much better more specious. Love the supermarket too.

Awesome shiny new store. Always leave with a purchase! As someone who walks to it I don’t need to worry about parking but it does look atrocious!

The staff in the foodhall are exceptionally helpful, approachable and friendly. Usually a very good customer experience. Trolleys are cleaned and there is someone on the door to greet you. Great quality food and not as expensive as many people may think. Keep up the good work M&S Chesterfield.

It's ok. Improved in recent months. I've actually started buying clothes from Marks for the first time ever recently. Shame it is moving. Diane on the sales counter upstairs was very polite and helpful. Even referred to me as "sir" when I approached the counter, which is very rare today and was a pleasant surprise.

Got a great looking Leather Jacket, Black Denims and Shirt from here today for my new " close up magician look " and found staff to be extremely helpful...
Can't wait to show off my new style on my next booking 🙂
