Very helpful duty manager as i had come to collect a food parcel but a day late, she took the time to explain how to send a message to the company to get a refund. Many thanks to the over patience manager.

Today I had a problem with the hermes postage machine which would of caused me to pay for postage twice. The sales assistant with curly hair and a tattoo paid for it out of his own pocket to ensure I did not lose money. I was very impressed and am always impressed at the level of customer service I get there, very professional and dedicated staff 10/10.

I went there just to get the custard filled donuts that are "accidentally" vegan and they were AMAZING and so cheap!! If I lived in the UK I would be doomed! eheh Oh, and the staff was very helpful :)

It's a nice looking shop , well ran , good customer service but half of the items are overpriced.

Found the manager to be polite, helpful and friendly. Works really hard, setting a fine example!

It's a really nice little shop. The staff are friendly and it's always got good deals on.

It always clean tidy and we'll stocked they even sell craft beers
