Thanks for providing hospital staff, patients and visitors with all the lovely food. It is a small M&S and sometimes stock does run low but it's still a luxury!

Its a overpriced store not really worth the extra money you pay

18/11/23 went for a coffee and scone. Scone was dry.... tables were piled high with used plates ect. No one was clearing. Wanted another coffee 3.30pm manager closed ordering points. No apology and was rude. On a good note the coffee was excellent

I brought 2 bottles of Snow globe gin, and when I got home only one of them lit up so on Sun 25th I headed to town to find you haven’t got any left, so on this Sunday I went again and spoke to a very nice lady who told me they had once again ran out, but she said I could go I could take it back to any M and S store and get it exchanged. So on my way home from the Hospital where I work I went to the M&S by the park and ride, they had some I was so pleased, so I took it to the till with my bottle of gin and my receipt to be told they couldn’t exchange it as they only sold M&S food and were a BP garage so couldn’t exchange it anything brought in a M&S shop. I was furious as they only had to swap it over but they wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. Now with the lock down I won’t be able to change it, it’s so disappointing.
