Great parking. I went in to collect some online clothing. All items as per pictures, great fit, all in sale online. Whilst instore, had a quick look at sale rack...fatal mistake 😆. I found more items I liked, my size, all fit well. Adult women's clothes by TU are good quality, great fit, up to date and fab prices in the sale. Took about a week to be ready for collection but that was OK, I would have expected a bit of a wait for the time of year.

The staff at this Sainsbury's store are excellent. Today, for example, they supported a neurodivergent shopper who was finding the checkout process a little stressful. Although very busy, they opened up a new checkout to allow this particular customer the space that they needed. Just one example of many when I have seen checkout staff at this store treat people with kindness and dignity.

Got exactly what I was after in the the Agos department. And fulfilled my weekly shopping needs at the same time. Win Win.

I recommend this store for those who are overwhelmed in larger supermarkets. Big enough to have good brand variety plus clothing, homeware, pizza cooking station, Argos pick-up point.

Usually has everything in stock, the employees have always been nice and I have never had any issues coming here for my weekly shops

Nice Sainsbury’s located just outside of the city centre. You’re not far from the bus station or shops here. Quite a big Sainsbury’s with everything you’d need, found some nice Christmas presents in here. Staff and the people here are quite friendly.

Love this supermarket especially as TU always have good quality winter clothes and pj's plus with mectar lots of deals

Found all I needed, except for eggs. There were eggs but not the larger packs
More self serve tills for Nectar members. Nice staff as I got some help getting a trolley as I had a bunch of coils but, not a single pound coin.

Always love the seats placed just by the tills, when you've got lots of shopping it's nice to be able to collect yourself and organise your stuff before leaving the supermarket.

I love this branch! You can find everything you are looking for, usually finds deals, and all the staff are lovely and friendly. There is a good carpark behind the store, but make sure you leave the Carpark by an hour!

Everything you could possibly need. Plenty of parking. Easily accessible.

Awesome store for Groceries and daily needs . Yeah I observed a few changes in the Clothing section . All are arranged with association rule to mine the customers and it made easy .

Their exacting and highly trained staff are guaranteed to ensure only the most excruciatingly slow and tiresome service. Indeed, Sainsbury’s have invested in state-of-the-art subdermal orthopedic implants for their Norwich team reducing limb movement by a retail market leading 75%!

Come and see the famous David, often mistaken as a cobweb bejewelled mime stacking the shelves. When did he start? When will he finally finish? Nobody knows; but you can enjoy seeing him stack a half-finished shelf with furniture polish from the 1970’s. He’ll finish one day, we’re sure!

Or come see Susan on the tills. Meticulously trained to produce the slowest experience at a supermarket till that humanity has ever witnessed. Proficient and highly motivated to ask mind numbingly pointless questions to every single customer and needlessly express her favourite flavour of foods and drinks you are buying; verbosely and expressively declaring her views whilst gesticulating at length to emphasise her points. Need to go home to feed your children? Transport a human donor heart? Need to use the precious seconds and minutes of your life ticking away in a productive or creative way? She cares not a jot! Her sole purpose is to create the most unimaginable laboriously ponderous waste of your time as possible. And she’s damn good at it!

Not completely satisfied with how slow the experience is? Sainsbury’s Norwich guarantees an even slower experience next time by unleashing a small, crusty horde of pensioners delighted to while away the day discussing the comparative merits of different branded pâté style cat foods at the till.

Come and try the experience today! Friday at 5pm? The store full of busy commuters? They’ll ensure only the bare minimum number of tills are open and staffed purely by the slowest people imaginable who would make a one legged, molasses covered hungover sloth with chronic arthritis look lively. What’s that strange shifting beneath your feet you may wonder? Why that’s the Eurasian tectonic plate energetically making its way across the Atlantic. Where else can you experience that!?

Need to disappear for a while? Feel the need to skip the nappy changing and poonami stage of parenthood and mercifully skip straight to university graduation and fishing trips? Then come do a weekly shop at Sainsbury’s Norwich. Just, don’t forget your nail clippers because you’re going to need them.

Luckily the car park has a max 2 hour stay. Which is just about perfect if you’re popping in to buy a paper. Anything more and we’d suggest getting a season ticket for the Queens Road Car Park just around the corner.

In summary, why travel to Norway or Iceland to see the sprightly glaciers when you can come to Norwich? See the castle, grab a bite to eat at the market at one of the diverse and quirky food vendors and top it off with a visit to Sainsbury's Norwich and witness true slowness. Achingly, tiringly, truly unbelievable, and utterly total moral sapping slowness.

Lots of toys available to purchase on the run up to Christmas all at good prices.

Small store, but I was able to purchase everything I needed

Everything under one roof, you can do your groceries and clothes shopping at once no need to jump from one shop to another!

Good value seems to be better than aldi as there prices have gone up shelves stock really well
