The young girl who served me (Tesni) was so informative and helpful. Very impressed. Service with a smile. Not a shop I use normally but I will definitely be using in future.

I got what I wanted, and was treated very well indeed, very nice lady that served me, definitely be going their again soon.

After writing a poor review yesterday with on going issues with superdrug customer service advisers I have now spoken to another adviser who has finally solved my issues regarding my card and app.
Really helpful and finally got through to someone who knew how to solve the problem.
Unfortunately I didn't get her name but a big Thank you to her for her help and patience.
