O2 Shop Cambridge

Was a bit wary of going back after a poor experience last year. But as Sean explained “under new management for 2024”.
So much better this time. Got exactly what I wanted. Nice atmosphere in store. Will go again when need to change my broadband.

I visited the branch today and I had a sensitive issue! Anton was absolutely great! Very friendly! I was a bit upset with the issue but the way I was servers was exceeding my expectations! Anton wrote all the important information for me on the piece of paper! Was assisting with phone call! He was absolutely charming!

We went to the shop having spent considerable time online trying to sort out phone data problems following our transfer from Virgin. Sean was very helpful and managed to track down the system issue causing our problems. It was so good being able to talk to a person and not a machine! We will definitely go back if we have another problem.

Anton Smith sat down with me for over an hour today helping sort out a carrier switch, physical relocation, broadband coordination, and banking glitch. Despite the complexities of the situation, Anton was patient, engaged, upbeat, and all-around helpful. We finally figured out a viable solution that met my requirements. Anton then took time to write instructions detailing next steps to ensure a smooth transition. The service was truly above and beyond that I felt compelled to leave this review and express my appreciation to Anton and the Cambridge O2 team.

Great service from Bogdan this morning. Listened to my requirements, advised on better tariffs for my use, organised a new Magic Keyboard for my iPad and a new iPhone and watch compatible with hearing aids to be fitted next week. Always a pleasure to deal with O2.

Anton was incredibly patient and helpful with us today, even staying after closing time with an issue.

This particular branch of O2 has the some of the fastest and most helpful staff. I have been here maybe 3-4 times already, and I always come out of the store with the help that I needed or the necessary things that I need to do. Thank you!

Visited to discuss upgrading my Samsung Galaxy S9 . Jakub the assistant who dealt with me was knowledgable and helpful explaing all options regarding handset and package .I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't need . I now have a brand new phone and a package more suited to my needs for only a few pounds more a month .Highly recommended .

Visited 02 shop in Grande Arcade cambridge.The young man that served us was lovely and friendly.He helped my elderly mother with an upgrade on her mobile phone.He explained everything to her and was very patient and knowledgeable.
We will definatly be recommending this shop to others.

Visited again as had problem with the new sim card. As before, staff were very friendly and sorted out the issue extremely promptly, efficiently and with a nice beemy smile. Thanks and keep up the good work! :-)
