The recent changes of company ownership have left this store a bit muddled but the staff are fantastic, the stock is plentiful and the ranges are broad.

Been a great place to buy many items for the garden. The staff are friendly, polite and, extremely, helpful....helped me load heavy items onto my trolley and into the boot of my car (first class service). They don't have a huge stock of plants but they make up on other items they stock. A great Homebase.

I bought the incorrect hedge trimmer yesterday wanting a cordless and taking home an electric version. Money refunded this morning without question and then a member of staff sourced the cordless version from the warehouse as there were none on display. All done very swiftly by young, very helpful and pleasant staff.

Had to visit today to query a delivery I was expecting next week.
The manager and staff made sure that what could have been a stressful experience, became very pleasant.
I have never before encountered such pleasant and helpful people.
Thanks to you both. You know who you are.

Interesting place. There was a slight power issue during my visit. The staff did their best. But everything was taken care of in the end with click & collect purchase. Thank you

Unfortunately we managed to drop our newly purchased paint in our car and on the tarmac!

The staff on the customer service desk were fantastic in helping us. Special thanks to Laura for being so helpful outside in helping us clean the car etc and making the car park safe for others.

Very helpful staff when I had a trolley full of large items today. 2 of them asked if I needed help and one of the staff helped me to load up the car - lovely customer service!

Visited several times over the last week and have found everything I wanted. Very convenient being off the A1, so easy to find. Staff are knowledgeable, polite and very enthusiast. Not much of a queue when checking out, maybe just me being lucky. Products I bought... Paint. Paint brushes. Cable tidy. Hdmi cable. Ethernet cable. Micro fibre cloths and charcoal. So a variety of items all under one roof. Will defiantly visit again.

Very helpful young lad who came out of garden centre bit to help with some ex display childrens toybox and cube unit furniture to get them off shelves and onto trolley. Wish I'd got his name. Very polite and friendly and helpful.

This is a large Homebase with everything you need if you are into DIY. Paint, tools, storage, living room/bathroom furniture, lights, utility essentials, gardening tools/plants, Xmas decorations etc etc. It now features Tapi carpets with lots of styles to choose from. I can't fault the place. It's great!!! 😁
