Love Iceland have shopped there for years on a regular basis excellent food including frozen.

Freezers were full, and the shop wasn't that busy. Helpful and friendly staff

Staff are hardworking and deserve a pay rise. They are always friendly and provide good customer service. It can sometimes smell very bad due to the clientele that visit here but they carry on regardless.

On the compact size but stocked what we needed.

Being slow I hadn't realised it was Iceland but got what I needed from the shop. It was spacious and the staff friendly. Would happily go again

I went shopping on Sunday afternoon and found it very therapeutic, not rushing around but taking my time like everyone else in there. No snatching at bargains because there's enough and more for everyone. Got my new Iceland bonus card where I found I had money taken off my shopping, also managed to save a chunk of money and put it on bonus card for Christmas...GREAT day all round.

Love iceland have to shop online now due to ill health but no problems. Just one query how or where do i recycle the large plastic bags that the food is delivered in.

Clean shops - well stocked freezers - chillers and shelves- good variety

Always love shopping at Iceland living on my own I don't have to be forced to buy more than I need like from other big markets say like buy one and get one free those kind things plus the staff are brilliant and very friendly

Well stocked good prices could have more tills open, if they want people to shop with them good prices are not the only insentive.

Wide aisles for wheelchair access, good variety of food, reasonable cost. Staff helpful. Delivery available, good to actually physically choose the food yourself then have it delivered.

Excellent supermarket that stocks a huge range of frozen foods and other food and drinks and household items. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Prices are low too for such high quality products.
