The Works

I’m a local artist and The Works is great for me and my needs regularly, thanks.

LIAM is really helpful too, who works behind the counter, he has to deal with very difficult customers sometimes and he never lets it get to him. I can’t help notice your fast turnover of staff and would have to say Liam’s talent’s are under utilised. The shop would have more appeal to customers with for instance artistic window displays or live art demonstrations with products and I’m sure Liam has many ideas. I hate to see young minds go to waste and I’m sure as a company you don’t want to contribute to the mounting depression that face our youth today. He is giving up the best years of his life for your company, give him something back besides I presume minimum wage?

Very pleasant experience at The Works, Dorking this morning (26/08/22). The young lady who served me was super helpful, very polite and so friendly. Store was fully stocked and had items that I wanted. Clean and spacious. Great shopping experience.

Staff weren't friendly, didn't ask anyone if they needed help came across as rude when serving me, didn't look like they wanted to be there. Didn't like the experience I got when I was there.
