Floor Depot Chesterfield

Just purchased a new LVT floor for my new kitchen from Floor Depot. They also arranged fitting for me. I am so happy that I chose this company. They are so knowledgeable and professional and are happy to give advice. Thank you for the quick service. My floor looks absolutely amazing. The fitter did a great job. I would definitely recommend Floor Depot.

Just had 3 carpets fitted by a lovely guy, did an excellent job as always and cleaned up afterwards.

From start to finish an absolute joy to deal with. Found a high quality room size remnant on Saturday afternoon. Delivered and fitted on Tuesday. It looks amazing. Special mention to Jemima and your fitter from Inkersall. First time we’ve used you. It won’t be the last.

Excellent quality service and products. Stair carpet and kitchen flooring fitted. Have used before for my lounge carpet and wouldn't go anywhere else. Tim and Jemimah were very helpful and listened and made suggestions without pressurising me to choose a product. Fitter was extremely efficient and did an excellent job.

Can not give this place enough stars! Dealt with Nev and a few others (sorry I can’t remember all names) all extremely helpful , very knowledgeable about products and didn’t feel pressured into a sale which is a really pleasant change!
Purchased the moduleo layred- installed myself as a diyer. Great quality flooring at a brilliant price. Makes the room feel very luxurious and surprisingly bathroom feels warmer both generally and under the feet.
Sod’s law I was one plank short on installing. Called Floor Depot and they searched their unit for me and managed to find 1board of exact match (how lucky did I feel). Drove over to collect - thinking I’d save a bit of money now not having to buy a full pack, only for the team to give me the board for free.
Absolute hero’s!
Will definitely be returning for any of my future flooring.

Love this store. Very relaxed and there is zero pressure to buy. Extremely knowledgeable staff know the products well and give great advice. I wanted to fit the product I purchased myself , the fitters there were happy to give me some pointers and tips. I have been looked after well and feel valued as a customer. Very competitive pricing of a quality product. Kudos to Tim and the team .

Got my lounge, stairs and conservatory carpets recently. Great price and excellent service. Right from help in picking out the best carpets for each room, to advise on fitting. The fitters where also excellent, did a great job and very careful of my newly decorated walls. Highly recommend.

Very Professional people, came when they said they would to measure, quoted in writing, everything clear and transparent, nothing too much trouble, very friendly and upfront. Must admit I was anxious about Sub Contractors fitting but was assured they were top notch.... and they were.... absolutely fantastic lads did a truly professional job.....no mess, no hassle ... We are very happy and will use Floor Depot again. 😊
