Powercut’s service/workshop team delivered an absolutely exceptional level of care and workmanship bringing a used machine from a pretty unhealthy state back to a refurbished condition. I am seriously impressed with the level of mechanical knowledge and skill that has gone into this job - from stripping the machine down piece by piece then rebuilding to easily as good as it would have come out of the factory.

All of the staff’s efforts are a credit to the team at Powercut, they have got my small business up and running with advice and sourcing/matching/installation of the right equipment so I can get the job done for my customers.

Bought a second hand John Deere ride on from here. Really pleased with the service we received. Before purchasing the mower was taken to a grassed field they have so we could see it cutting the grass and have a go ourselves. After agreeing to buy it, it was thoroughly serviced including replacing slightly worn parts and properly cleaned. It was then delivered to our property, demonstrated to us and adjusted for our particular grassland. All in all a very professional service. Spot on!!

I've have dealt with Powercut for the past 19 years and they have always supplied me with John Deere equipment to maintain our 18 hole golf course. The ongoing back up and support from them is first class I know I can order a part and recieve it within a couple of days at most. They are always at the end of a phone to help with any issues I may have and if i cant resolve it one of their experienced mechanics will quickly come down to help. All in all a first class service from a great company with knowledgeable and friendly staff

I became a regular Powercut customer in 2005 and I’ve bought, maintained and upgraded several mowing machines since then. On every occasion that I’ve visited, phoned or emailed Powercut, the staff have been friendly, professional, helpful and supportive. They have always been willing to advise me on all questions of maintenance and care of my machines even if that meant I undertook the servicing myself instead of giving the business to them. The John Deere products they sell are in my opinion the ultimate quality for garden care and have never let me down. The guidance Powercut provide when purchasing new products is geared absolutely to my needs rather than to the impact on their balance sheet. I called into Powercut last week to pick up a few parts for my John Deere lawn tractor Lt 155. It goes without saying that you always get excellent service and receive a very professional approach from all the staff. But it was also pleasing that in these very difficult times great care has been taken to ensure the safety of all customers and staff. Well done guys see you soon.

Have dealt with this company for 30 years and have never once had any problems. On a recent visit to the showroom/parts dept. I was very happy with all the safety measures in place, and shopped knowing I was being kept safe and so were all the staff members. Top marks to the manager - cannot understand a previous comment as I only have great things to say about him. Cannot recommend Powercut highly enough.

I bought my Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Powercut in 2006. I have occasionally required parts/spares and advice from the staff at Powercut and I must say I have received an exceptional service. We have dealt with Powercut, more so Caeli and Rachel, since we have owned a hot tub approx. 3 years ago. The service we have received has been priceless. We bought a 2nd hot tub from them this year for our holiday home and again they never fail to deliver their exceptional service.

Very helpful and able to source parts for older mowers

I have been a customer of Powercut for about 5 years after buying a new jacuzzi hot tub. Whilst buying it the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable going through our requirements and thought process. We are very pleased that we listened to him, as we bought a tub that with our present knowledge after owning it for 5 years, is a much better tub than the models that we had looked at.
Whenever I contact them for spares or service I deal with Caeli, who always goes out of his way to sort out my parts or information that I need.
Caeli Has been with Powercut for years and has a lot of experience with both hot tubs, and grass cutting equipment. He has always been very helpfull whenever I have had any issues with my hot tub.
I have already, and will continue to recommend Powercut as a company to deal with

My John Deere ride on mower is being repaired by a friend and I have needed a whole lot of spares. The staff in Cwmffrwd have been patient, understanding and incredibly helpful. I had expected parts to be very expensive, but in fact they are reasonable and available on the following day even if they have to be shipped in from Germany. I bought my mower as an used unit and it has run for at least seven years without a hitch until this year when bits started to fall off. It has needed a major rebuild which has made been made all the easier as the lads in the shop find nothing is too much trouble. If you are thinking of making a visit to Powercut in Cwmffrwd, fear not they will do all they can to help.

I recently returned from travelling abroad to find a number of problems with my hot tub. I contacted Caeli and the team and received some excellent advice on carrying out the repair. The repair involved some fault finding and replacing a number of parts which I was able to do after a number of consultations with Caeli. The hot tub team are a credit to Powercut and I cannot thank them enough.
