The Butlins on site souvenir shop has all things Butlins from Biltins T-shirts and clothes to Butlins mugs and coasters. Also has all of the merchandise that is trademarked by them. Somewhat pricey for what they are but all part in part of what you would expect from any company's on resort store.

Good store with Butlins souvenirs but expensive. They didn't have the foldable bags.

Quite expensive, barely any fresh fruit or veg, no veggie meat alternatives (eg Quorn).

ANYONE LOOKING TO GO BUTLINS, PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!!

The photos I have attached are emails I sent to Butlins, back in September. They have done absolutely nothing, but pass me around to different departments and ignore me. They said they were going to investigate the issues I brought up and they would get back to me within 35 days. But, they never, I contacted them again and they have told me I have got to contact a different department.

Please read the emails!! 2 of my daughters were hurt at this resort! It is not the same place as it used to be when I was a kid (accept the maintenance) please do not holiday with butlins they disgusting! Also, check reviews of Butlins where ever you can (trust pilot, etc) they are all negative reviews and they do nothing about your issues!

I have had to get solicitors involved and I will be posting more information on here and Butlins Facebook pages as soon as I retrieve the information.

Too expensive rooms are not clean everything u have to pay separately
