.Jordan in the Cambridge branch couldn’t have been more helpful. I needed to arrange for a dehumidifier to be delivered. He was so understanding when he realised he was speaking to someone who had no experience in dealing with such matters. He remained kind yet extremely professional despite me phoning him back on several occasions with a query.
I have no hesitation in recommending Speedy Services.

Appalling customer service. Booked a scissor lift over the phone, on the day never arrived. Promised one for the following day. Spoke to them that morning and was told would be on site by 10.30... never arrived. Called the day after that and was told booking had been cancelled because they didn't have a lift. Thanks for your help guys... you're the best!

CON ARTISTS my mum went to hire a ladder for me to do work on her house... £50 for the week he says.. on return the bloke tell's us there extra charge of £10 for insurance???? And then they stuck another £20 on top for vat now I don't know where these guys went to school but I'm pretty sure the vat on £60 is not £20.... very very angry... taking advantage of a old women.... you guys have just lost a local company that needs ladders weekly... on this occasion it was for a personal job... got to look after everyone... as you don't know who they are
