Great service tonight redeeming a paypoint voucher. No issues here after several refusals elsewhere.

One of your members of staff seems to think it’s ok to park in not one but both spaces for EV charging white BMW 66 plate and is a very regular occurrence
A lack of other chargers in the region makes this very poor practice

Probably the rudest members of staff I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I dropped my Reece’s freeze on the floor on accident after using the machine wrong (my own fault) and instead of walking off and not doing anything about it I told a member of staff and said I would clean it myself as again it was my own fault. For her then to call all the staff over and start slagging me off! I would have understood if I’d of left it but I didn’t. She continued to tell everyone “you wouldn’t do it in a restaurant” as I tried to ignore her and walk off making me feel AWFUL! In the end I had to turn around and tell her to stop being so rude! My partner then needed authorisation at the self checkout so again called over another member of staff who proceeded to walk past him and ignore us. A little bit of customer service skills will get you a long way because that’s a disgrace

Plenty of choice in terms of stock but it's let down by one particular staff member who has the worst customer service I've experienced. Don't know her name but i think she's the manager. She's rude, ignorant and just plain miserable as though everything you ask is too much trouble! Can't understand how she got a customer facing role to be honest!

Let down by miserable & rude staff, was asked why I was waiting for the store to open at 7AM by staff - to come into your shop and use the service you provide? can't even get the basics right even with extortionate prices.

Never seems to be anyone on checkout and even if you use self service have to wait ages for staff to approve restricted items. Shelves always bare, no meal deals even first thing in the morning

Never any hot food available when asked if there's anymore there rude ! The sandwiches are always empty no straws for the ice blasts . Shocking management

Very unhelpful and rude staff. I'll go to the one on Coventry road in future where they actually want to give good service.
