Timberland Cambridge - We Have Moved!!

Really friendly staff. Lewis in particular was attentive and really helpful whilst I was looking for a new pair of boots. It was greatly appreciated and I am very happy with my purchase!

Just got a new pair of originals today, they had a small issue so I went back, they were happy to change them without any fuss so I think is best to come in shop rather than ordering online. Super happy, 5 ⭐ staff

Had an issue with a boating ti.berland shoes after 4 months, they did a straight swap. The shoes work really well, even after getting wet constantly.

The staff here are very nice and patient. At the beginning, I tried two pairs of shoes. I was worried about the style matching my trousers, but they had a lot patients to talk to me, and also explained how to look after leather shoes. I said that I would think about it, but I still want to tried another really cool pair of shoes. The staff straight away explained the pros and cons of the cool shoes compared to the privous shoes I tried. However they don't have my size for the cool ones, but still encouraged me to try the half size bigger ones. They also suggested I buy the right size ones online and also gave me the similar type and style shoes with my sizes to try. They said if the similar ones fit me, I definitely can buy the cool ones online. I also took a photo of the shoe box and they told me the number I can search online to find the ones I like. They were very thoughtful, friendly, patient, and kind! I really appreciate the time they spent for me to give very nice experience.

Cannot speak highly of the staff in this store. The product knowledge on offer here is second to none. The stock a deep selection.of products. Worth definitely Italy visiting.

Bought some boots from here today (28/12/2021) the young ish gentleman was really nice and helpful getting me the right size for my feet. The manager was super helpful and informative.

Alan, the store manager is very knowledgeable about all things footwear and has advised me on a number of occasions. All the guys who work in the store are very friendly and helpful, one man (pre Covid) even tried on a hoodie for me so I'd have an idea of what size to get for my brother.

Amazing service, the guy who I had spoken to knew Timberlands so very well, as if he had studied a doctorate in the history of Timberlands. He was extremely helpful with which shows or boots to go for for the type service you needed it for. And helped out the processes so very well.

I had been given a pair of shoes 4 months ago, relatively unworn, when I realised they were different colours I took them back and a young chap called kaylum who was particularly helpful immediately identified the issue, resolved the problem within 5 minutes & gave me a brand new pair as a gesture of good will as I had been given two slightly different colours first time round 😂
