I would just like to thank the Store Manager Kim & team. Customer service is spot on, the store is such a lovely store to shop in and they are very knowledgeable. I work in retail and it was lovely to see how helpful the staff all are in this store.

This store has come a long way and it’s much more accessible than it used to be . The manager both store and deputy are always around and available to help . Staff are always very friendly and approachable..

Excellent service and prices! I had to buy my sons GCSE art equipment for school I had been to WH Smiths previously and their prices were double what the works charge, for the same items! The manager today could not have been more helpful he found everything off the the list, really friendly couldn't have asked for a better service. Definitely impressed! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I like the craft things here and the nice notecards. They have got some nice things like craft kits and books at reasonable prices. I like to see the new things they have. They do nice card packs. I got some lovely dog notecards today

There is a staff member called Joan at the Cambridge store who is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. I wish I knew some way of letting her employers know what an outstanding person she is, but for now I will just say thank you Joan, you are a star :-)

Phoned store today looking for an item Phone was answered by Nicky who was on her break. She couldn't have been more helpful they did not have item in stock, but she was good enough to contact other stores in area and then phoned me back. OUTSTANDING 😀
