Recently visited Paintshack while moving homes. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me on paint choices, even when I didn’t make a purchase. Truly exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Super helpful team and incredible products! Only just found The Paint Shack as I’ve just started to renovate our house. Can highly recommend. Incredible range of products and colours. They matched some RAL colours (which arrived very swiftly with some tasty biscuits). I was also after a match with a tricky US brand which Micheal helped me with, literally couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend, will definitely be back and tell all my mates 👍🏼

I haven't bought from paintshack yet, but after sending an email regarding some advice to my Caparol supplier in Bordeaux and getting no response, I contacted Colin as I was sure he had his finger on the pulse. True to my instincts I got a quick reply enabling me to write up my quote for the clients. Amazingly the French agency still haven't come back to me! Thank for your help!

My experience of Paintshack Ltd is excellent despite some issues not relating to the guys at the shop. I ordered some paint last week that should have been delivered by DHL next day, however didn’t arrive. The online tracking stated my paint was taken back to the depot, i telephone paintshake, Steve investigated and rang me back saying it was delivered to the wrong address, and the driver couldn’t find my address, the person wouldn’t take the parcel, somewhere on my street ! With Satnavs etc, I personally think DHL forgot, however I will never know to be sure. My paint never arrived next day either, by this time I was not happy with DHL at all. After numerous calls to the depot, didn’t get anywhere, so rescheduled for today Monday 21st October. I left a message with Steve at Paintshack to keep him up to speed. Meanwhile another guy Michael from Paintshack emailed me today to say the paint definitely will be delivered today. Over the weekend Steve reimbursed my account of the delivery charge, I did speak to Steve and said it wasn’t the shops fault my delivery didn’t arrive, but Steve stated basically my products should have arrived last Friday and didn’t.

The problem with DHL is, they did not leave a text message when I was the next stop, and took tracking off. When it was delivered my husband went to the door, took parcel from DHL delivery guy, clicked something on his machine and went. No signature was asked for.

With this experience I have to say Paintshack were superb and I mean that genuinely . Not everyone would keep me in the loop, nor give a refund of delivery. The paint is absolutely fabulous, colour of the White is extreme and the paint tin was heavy. I love the caparol paint. The packaging was 100% and I love the elephant, key ring and biscuits 🙂 Paintshack also said DHL will not be my delivery option next time.
Customer service with this company is amazing and it was a delight to be treated with respect. Thank you very much for your help.

The best place to buy good quality water based Decorating materials. If your thinking about getting into spraying or currently spraying it's the best place to go for machines and advice. Also a big big supporter of the Two-Decorators and a Microphone Podcast

Have used these guys for a lot of Caparol paint recently. However just asked Steve for opinions on a tough cleanable paint. He directed me to a cheaper paint Caparol Premium Clean. What can I say, colour match was perfect and paint a dream to use
