Premier - Castle Street

Avoid this place at all cost!!! Leaving a review here as well. The staff is one of the most rude people I’ve experienced in my life. They clearly haven’t heard of customer service at all in their lives. The customer is always wrong in their eyes and they think their customers are there to steal from them. The experience I had is so ridiculous and the person in charge threatened me to call the police. They have a coffee machine that works by tapping on a screen and it makes the coffee immediately. No instructions on how to use the machine or anything, I thought if I press the button the machine would give me options for coffee types that I can select but it immediately makes a coffee for you. So I let the store assistant know about this accidental coffee and that I don’t need the coffee, because it is not straightforward how to use the machine. And then he immediately threatens me that he will call the police … for a coffee, then he jumps on the reviews and he threatens again that I can’t afford a £1.95 which I clearly can. It’s just a desperation at this point. There are other better shops around, buy coffee or anything else there.
