Screwfix Norwich - Sprowston

Had some returns and new orders as had bought different types of LED bulbs and not sure which colour and brightness I wanted until I tried them. Charlie was BRILLIANT, handled everything with ease and had a good chat. This store is really good, easy to get to, ample parking and not too busy unlike the Mile Cross store that I used to use. 5 Star customer service, thanks Charlie!

I’m a builder and use screwfix all the time
Very glad that one has opened up round the corner from my house.

Staff and all great can’t fault them.
Alex went out of his way to sort my electicfix card out after I lost it .
Another member of staff couldn’t Manage to do it as there was a computer problem but Alex remembered me and sorted it out for me when I next came without even asking.

Best Screwfix by far. The staff are fantastic, always helpful, always friendly which when youre stressed out on a job goes such a long way and is much appreciated.

22.02.2023 Came in for a toilet flush. Staff very helpful and helped me search on the ipads. They didn't have what I wanted but did recommend I pop over the road!
