Bought our tickets online. Check-in was fast and smooth 😎. Warning your kids might vomit on you lol. My 4 year old got wave sick and it's was gross. The staff is AMAZING! They were there to help anyone who felt woozy. From our view their staff goes above and beyond to help their passengers. To the staff your the Best!

We have been taking the ferry for years. I recently traveled from La ceiba with our two large dogs. I was a nervous wreck about having them in cargo. The entire staff was amazing, great with my dogs, great with me wanted to stay near my dogs until the very last minute. They were some of the last to board and were the first ones off. The dogs did great, seemed to like the crates. The staff let me put water in their crates too. Overall it exceeded expectations and my dogs got to Roatan safe and sound. Thank you!

Quick uncomplicated and very comfortable boat ride. You can ask for free sea sickness pills at the desk, even though most people won't need it.

Excellent service. You can buy your ticket online and avoid lines. The ferry has ticket machine with QR. Free Wi-Fi. The crew is very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

It's kind of cool seeing a ferry to roatan and they accepted bikes so this makes it so much better to have a good exercise in Roatan but great service

Provides connection to live soccer games in between getting to the island. I love seeing the premier league and getting to my favorite island.

Pretty straight forward experience. They charge you 25 lempiras as a disembark fee where you need to leave the main building and walk 90-120 feet to pay the fee. Not sure why they just don't add it to the ticket price. I would recommend to pay the upgrade to first class. They promote that its 5 dollars to upgrade. Organized with your luggage. They give you tickets that are color coded. When you go to baggage claim, just go to the area that matches the ticket color to that of the baggage claim.

Beautiful Easy and cheap way to get to Roatan

It's two stories, regardless of first class purchase, you can sit in the first floor indoors with AC ( it does get pretty cold though ) or you can sit outside on the 2nd floor no AC. They provide plastic bags for those prone to seasickness and you can also request free dramamine - "pastillita" when you're purchasing your tickets. I sat in the 2nd floor on my way to Roatan and regretted it. I did it for the views but the windows were dirty and the more open seating area was taken. It was also more crowded and hot. Ended up just sleeping. And if you're prone to seasickness you should really stay on the first floor.

The overall ride is quick, and to the point. You ever been on the Staten Island Ferry?!. Yea, The Galazy Wave is the opposite of that. The boat ride is similar to being on a large speed boat. Very fast. There are plenty seats to choose from & view of the ocean is phenomenal. The staff are also helpful, & kind. I will also say. Do NOT eat right before your scheduled ride.Or you are likely to discard of it 🤢! Unless you have a strong stomach lol.

Definitely pre book for this and get there early as there are 2 different places you need to go to to check in. Your luggage gets scanned. FYI Your luggage gets scanned.

Nice experience pay vip tickets if you want to be under the ac and be able to get in and get out first.
Also you get free drink and snacks

Fast service. Efficient staff. I went from La Ceiba city to the island of Roatan. The duration of the trip lasted 1 hour and 20minutes. During the voyage they provide you with dramamine and a bag(in case you feel like throwing up). I definitely recommend it, if youre going to roatan try to take the morning ferry instead of the afternoon one, its best because of the tide.
