About Ann and Dubravko I just want to say we are really greatfull for they hospitality . They both are the nicest people you will meet in your trip in Croatia.
They greet us in person just when we arrive to the apartment. They are so kind that they leave a bootle of delicious white wine and fruits in our apartment. Dubravko told us everything about places around: restaurants, beaches , shops and answer for all of our questions with smile. Sorry if I butter them to much but I never experinced that level of kindness in my life.
Apartment, is very clean and tidy, furnitures are in modern design, (exactly as you can see in the picutres).Everyday they changes towels and takes out trashes. City is very close to Dubrovik, about 15 minutes by car, and thanks to that the place is very peacefully and quaiet. Apartment is near to two beaches (about 600 meters by walk). The view from balcony is perfect and you can admire the sea and the sunsets. What I really appreceate that the beaches are not crowded and the most delicious restaurant – Konoba King - is very very close. I highly rocommend this place not only for families but also for couples.

I stayed in this place in June 2021 and I liked Villa Maria so much that after some time I decided to come back in July. Owners are very nice and helpful, they answered all my questions and helped in different spheares like meeting me at the airport, showing places like shops etc. I had everything I needed. The apartaments are clean and comfortable, everything is new and comfortable.The location is perfect. I could not hear any noise from the road and the music from hotel. However, you should be ready to go up and down the hills to go to the beaches.There are two good restaraunts, beaches are clean, there is a large tennis and a soccer courts.
I definitely recommend you Villa Maria apartaments. If I am in Dubrovnik next time, I will definitely choose this place to stay.

What a fantastic place to stay! The view from the apartment is so beautiful. You wake up in the morning and then you go to the balcony to drink your coffee and you can hear and see the birds singing and flying around. This apartment has everything you might need. It feels like HOME! Enough space, cozy, very clean, all facilities (air-conditioning, tv, wi-fi, parking, kitchen accessories, wasmachine including detergents and many other things!). And what a wonderful hosts, so friendly and kind! They gave us a lot of attention in case we were needing something. When we arrived, a bottle of white wine on the table with some fruit and in the fridge they put a bottle of purified water. This is an awesome place to enjoy your vacation. You would wish to stay longer!

Phenomenally neat place, arranged with love and care, down to every cute detail. We absolutely loved it, including our teenage daughters, who are not easy to please 😉 From the welcome fruit plate & wine, to a homemade cherry pie - compliments of the landlady 🤗 They have really thought of everything! Gorgeous seafront view complete with islands 🌴 and 10 minute drive to old town Dubrovnik. Absolutely recommend it!

Abbiamo prenotato l' appartamento su una nota piattaforma on line e la scelta si è confermata sin dal nostro arrivo più che azzeccata .
Appartamento molto spazioso e arredato di tutto punto con mobili nuovi in stile moderno , cucina attrezzata dotata di tutte le stoviglie .
Adatto a famiglie con bambini avendo camere separate .
Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort dall' aria condizionata al wifi .
Pulizia dell' appartamento a dir poco eccezionale .
Disponibilità di una lavatrice e di parcheggio privato .
Comodissimo per la visita di Dubrovnik e della sua regione si raggiunge Mostar e Medjugorie in poco più di 100 km .
Prezzi molto più abbordabili rispetto a strutture simile in centro a Dubrovnik.

Exzellente Unterkunft mit sehr gastfreundlichen Gastgebern. Unser Apartment hatte einen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche (Herd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Gewürze, etc), großzügiges Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer (eins im Maisonettestil, eines ebenerdig). Das Ganze war supersauber, man kann Kleidung waschen lassen. Das Meer ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar (10 min), es gibt eine kleine Strandbar und ein Restaurant. Für alles andere braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt es direkt dort.
Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder buchen.
