restaurant Poseydon

We visited Plat Beach by luck. It's a very small and clean beach with a limited but very nice option. Poseydon is serving people who come to enjoy this Beach. Seating area was very good. Ambiance is very nice and calm. Food was delicious. We have ordered grilled fish and Squid. Both were tasty.

Reasonable price, great food and location, service a bit slow but it was very busy

Great food, great service, we loved our lunches here, the staff were friendly and attentive. A natural place to enjoy a glass and eat something. Tried most things on the menu, everything equally delicious.

This place is amazing! Great atmosphere, beautiful view to the beach and sunset. And literally the best fish soup I had here in Croatia. As well pork with mushrooms were awesome! Highly recommend.

We managed to get a table on a busy Saturday lunch time. Couldn't fault anything. Good waiting staff, nice food and a lovely family atmosphere under the vines. Card and cash accepted. Ice-creams (on a stick) sold beach side. Nice beach with changing room and chairs, umbrellas hired from this bar 👍
We stopped here before heading to the airport and it was perfect.

Professional and friendly staff.
Opened quite early in the morning compared to other similar locations, meaning that if you want to have your coffee on the beach you can.
Very good food and not expensive at all.
We ate there every time we were on the pod Maslovo beach. Personally I can recommend the Cold appetizers for 2 ( local combination of meat and cheese or marinated fish), the salads are also very tasty, the veal escalope and the spring kebab.

If you are looking for something vegan or vegetarian, and it is not easy in Croatia, you can eat a good seasonal salad, pasta al pomodoro or potatoes with spinach here.

The fries are great, whoever says otherwise is eating only fast food or something :)) Grilled squid and chicken gorgonzola are fantastic. Good prices also!

Situated on a reasonably quite beach.food was exactly as we expected and the waiter was perfect...right combination of information and respect for our privacy...looking out onto the sea...lovely view...obviously the weather does help

Best food in Croatia so far!
We are so glad we came back to the Pod Maslovo beach after two days. We spent a whole day there two days prior and tried to make a reservation for dinner that night but our party of 9 couldn’t be accommodated as the restaurant was full.
We came back to the beach yesterday and made a reservation for an early dinner. The food was very good. The octopus salad was the best I’ve ever had. My wife’s catch of the day was cooked to perfection. Mussels were fresh and very tasty. We also loved the crepes that our kids ordered. They couldn’t finish them so we had a small dessert eating their leftovers ;).
Not a typical beachfront moneygrab restaurant.
The whole experience of the beach, which is not crowded at all, and the restaurant make for a perfect day on the beach with great food.

Fried potatoes are very bad. Grilled Squid it's... Ok, I think. Carbonara is good but I'm not Italian so... I liked the Portion of Fish, it's ok.

This is one of the best atmospheric place, when you want to have croatian feeling. It is on the beach, has tasty kitchen with fresh fishes, pleasant staff, nice music. We have visited the place for many years and we will always come back.

Perfection! We ate here twice (this is rare for us when travelling). It's a chill location on a small and quiet beach in Plat, the views are epic, and every bench / table has a wide view of the sea. The seafood is amazing! Everything is tasty and very fresh. Prices are very reasonable for the area. For an unassuming little restaurant, the food is gourmet quality!

Great location right next to the beach. Not the easiest place to find as it's signed for the beach bar but it is WELL worth finding. The food was delicious, I had seafood linguine which managed to combine the taste of the sunshine in the sauce with the taste of the sea in the mussels. My wife had seabream, a large portion which was really tasty. The bill was so reasonable at 320kn including starter and drinks and the service was friendly and relaxed. A real gem.
