Monty's Dog Beach & Bar

Very nice atmosphere for dogs and their owners, very busy as well. You need to come early to get cabana as it is really popular. The views and the sea are stunning. The bar offers some snack and drinks, no real food, but they did bring some pizza on request.

Its a very nice place for dog and beach lovers. All the people here are very supportive with the owners and respect others. Also they take care of their own dog. They can be unleashed, the place is very big. Also there are water support for 🐕 s and you can also wash them after they enjoyed playing in the sea.

Food areas are very close and dog friendly. You can rent beds to provide extra shadow for the pets.

Parking is a bit problematic as you probably won't find any near the beach. It will be a 3-400 meter walk minimum. But the experience worth it

This is the best place for you and your dog. For me, it was unbelivable how is this place. Everyone is with their dogs, with no stress.
People are very chill; my dog was wet and she went on someone else blanket, and I apologized but no one was angry or something.
Also the bar is very nice. There is ice cream and beer for dogs, but unfortunately my dog didn’t like them.
The bar is also for people. I was there, having a drink, my dog was free, socializing with other dogs and everything was nice.
Totally recommend this place, even if you don’t have dogs but you are an animal lover. Just go there and enjoy the view.

Great place for dogs. We had a lot of fun, your dog will love it, if your dog likes other dogs.
2 sun beds and an umbrella for 20€ is fair for the whole day. You can choose between that or a more exclusive lounge or you can go with your own towel for free.

We spent a few days on Monty's Dog Beach and had a great experience. The staff is very friendly, the dogs are really treated as humans and the drinks are very unique and the dog beer is the best (according to our Gaston). Thanks for the experience!

Kind of stony beach and almost impossible to get a parking space so you either have to walk for a pretty long distance or cruise around and be lucky to get a place. The entrance is free but the beds costs. We paid 40 euros for a cabane. There is a bar with nice drinks, a fresh water shower for the dog and toilets for people. Nice place for dogs and humans!

Went here for 3 days with our Boston terrier. We didn’t have any food there so my star is based on the drinks in the bar. Service could be better, maybe they are a little understaffed since it’s the end of summer but the beach was still full. So maybe my suggestion would be that the waiters should be cruising around sunbeds and canabas just to check up on us and maybe offer to bring us drinks. Instead you need to always go to the bar, which is small and mostly crowded. Place is neat, lost of space and free shower for dogs. I would prefer normal toilette instead of portable toilette. You can rent 2 sunbeds and umbrella for 20€/day, normal canaba for 40€/day and vip cabana for 70€/day. Just depends what do you prefer :) overall we had a blast and will return again :)

The place is great for dogs and owners. In Croatia it's hard to find a nice beach which is not forbidden for dogs. Monty beach bar is the perfect solution. The bar offers dog beer, dog chips, dog ice-cream + a lot of cocktails for humans. There is a playground for dogs. The beach is nice but with expensive tents and umbrellas (around 200 kn per day).

Amazing place, a true dog paradise with also good space for humans. We enjoyed so much that we have been 5 days there. Our dog loves it! Great for dog socialization and a great chill day on the beach.

Best bar ever!!! If You are going to Crikvenica You must to go here! Menu is very rich and decoration is so beautiful also beach near is is so good! Its best "night" bar ever because there is not a lot of people and its very relaxing, it is also car free zone so if You bring kids no matter anything happen! My drink come so fast and that was so amazing and tasty and very cheap! I think I write enough reasons to visit this amazing bar, recommend!

Amazing bar, great facility to take your dog on a hot day. Enough shade, friendly guests and staff, good selection of drinks. And the dogs can swim, with their owners or without. Drinkwater and a hose to shower your dog afterwards. Just perfect!

The cleanest dog beach I've ever visited. Available fresh water with bowls (for big and small dogs), showers, fair prices in the cafe, extremely polite staff,... You can rent deckchairs with umbrellas or beds like king size beds with protection from the sunor just lay on your beach towel. It's big and has room for everyone. I am delighted and will definitely be back. 🥰Bravo!
