Bonaca Restaurant & Lounge Bar

Probably the best place to watch the sunset in Pula. The food is delicious and the waiters are very friendly and multilingual. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone who's on holiday in Croatia as you can't get a better all-round experience than this.

We had a spontaneous dinner here with seven people, two dogs, and a small child. The restaurant was very accommodating as they quickly made space for us.
The food was great and we could see the gorgeous view of the shore from every corner of the restaurant! At first glance, the portion sizes appeared small but the food was very filling, we all left feeling full. What topped the evening was the friendliness of the staff, they made sure we got taken care of and were extremely helpful.
It was a 5/5 experience and we will definitely visit again!

Maybe one of the best places to be in Pula. Havajska beach is right next to the restaurant and below the terrace is a stone beach that is fantastic. Love this place.

We recommend this restaurant. Wonderful ambience, view of the endless sea and sunset, a wonderful terrace from which you never want to leave. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. We will surely come again. The waiter Mario who served us deserves all praise.

We had a lovely stay in one of the apartments at Verudela Beach and had dinner at the Bonaca Restaurant a few times during our stay. The location is absolutely awesome. Many tables have sea view and the atmosphere is really nice. Overall a good variety of food is available and everything we ordered was really nice. Service is good, but the restaurant gets busy in the evening about 7 and 8, so it’s worth to make a reservation. We’ll definitely eat there again, when we come back to Pula.

We were on a long walk along the coast when we came across Bonaca at lunch time. We decided to eat and we enjoyed a lovely meal, sitting in the sun on the terrace.
My chicken skewers, in a lovely light batter were perfectly prepared. My wife enjoyed her gnocchi, which looked homemade and had a well balanced sauce.
A lovely lunch.
We will visit again on our next trip to Pula as it was so nice.

A modern restaurant and lounge with a comfortable seating area on the terrace and an international assortment of cold drinks and cocktails, as well as a weekly live music or DJ program. The view from the terrace to the sea is incredibly beautiful. Watching the sunset from this place is enchanting. The food is a special story, it is extremely tasty, varied and mostly Istrian indigenous dishes are presented. All praise Chef. We tried several main dishes and every single piece was absolutely delicious and presented in a beautiful way. The staff is friendly, professional and well organized. Recommended!

Perfect place for extraordinary lunch and extraordinary service with beautiful view

Sublime dinner with surprisingly large portion for a fine restaurant of this caliber: i had octopus salad, gnocchi with salmon and pistacchio and Cosmo dessert; everything was delicious but the gnocchi were particularly outstanding! Not to forget the gorgeous sunset view. Good price/quality ratio too. Highly recommended

The best spot, restaurant and bar on Verudela near Pula. Located on the top of rocks above the sea. They offer delicious food, ambient and stoning view to the open sea! Highly recommend!

Restaurant was full but service was incredible ! We have a réservation for 2 people but finally we was 4. Everybody search after 1 table more , it was very nice ! Good service , thanks for waitress with red hairs ! She was attentive and professionnal despite full terrace !
View is amazing, a lovely restaurant and not so expencive when you have this view and service !
