Camp Diana

Was just looking for a simple campsite without loud people in the evening and without kids screaming all the time. This was exactly what I hoped for. Diana was helpful & kind.
Fridge was available + electricity too. Showers can only be used from 8-22h (which kinda makes sense if you wanna keep the low profile campsite and have people wind down in the evening, so I was totally fine with that, even though I came back to the campsite after 22h both nights.) Spent 2 nights in my hammock there & will surely come back. 17€/night is also a reasonable price. Btw, pool felt good as well, although I'd wanna use it after 10PM or before 9AM sometimes (I'd be totaaaly quiet :) ). See you again next year Diana!

Having only planned to stay here for one night, within five minutes of being on this wonderful campsite we decided to stay for two! The pool is gorgeous, there is lots of shade and the facilities are spotless. Diana is an amazing hostess and she made us feel very welcome. If you want to avoid commercialised, over touristy campsites book here!

We had a perfect stay at Camp Diana! The pool and campsite are beautiful. Diana is a lovely lady, she’s around for tips and a small talk. It is a really affordable price for the luxury you get. We highly recommend this camping for your stay in Pula! We hope to come back sometime.

I called here on a whim to try and book a couple nights for my van… so glad I did and I was super lucky to get a spot! The campsite is in a brilliant location, quiet and has excellent facilities. It being so shaded was perfect and there’s a nice distance between everyone. The showers are the best campsite shower I’ve ever had. Diana and Kristijan are wonderful people, helpful and extremely accommodating. Kristijan went out of his way to find me a campsite near Plitvice which was helpful. If you can book then I’d 100% recommend it.

Nice camping with pool. Reserved for one night but stayed 4 nights because we liked it and we had car troubles. Owner Diana was able to accommodate this and was very helpful.

We spent 2 weeks at Camp Diana & had a wonderful time. Diana is very welcoming & does a wonderful job at keeping her campsite peaceful & enjoyable for all. There are rules but these are explained as soon as you enter the campsite so I’m confused as to why people moan about them, if you don’t like them why stay?
The swimming pool was shut but this was explained to us prior to booking, the beaches all around are perfect for swimming & only a 10min walk away so it didn’t bother us.
The showers are the best we have used in Croatia, powerful & hot as is the washing up water.
The tennis court & other sports areas were equipped with all you need for a great afternoon of sports games.
Pula is very close by so trips are easy to do. Lots of bike routes around the area & a lovely bakery 5mins walk away.
We have an 8m long caravan & were given a lovely big spot, no problem manoeuvring & the entrance is easy.
10 out of 10, we will return. Thank you so much for having us.

Beautiful camp on a nice location. We were very satisfied with the facilities, everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The owner was very polite, helpful and friendly. Great value for the money, definetly worth checking out :)

Stayed in the camp for one night in June of 2022 - I called in last minute as I was touring on a bicycle. I use a hammock and not a tent, and the owner said that usually they don't accept such requests but they accepted me this time. I was afraid how it would end up, but I was more than pleasantly surprised - Camp Diana has a perfect patch of woods for hammocks, facilities are clean and nice, the camp is quiet and overall I had a great night there. Yes, there were some strict rules in the camp, but I'm glad those rules were there as those are the reason it's such a nice safe place to rest and enjoy.

I hope they changed their view on hammocks, so I can come again!

Diana is such a lovely host. We didn‘t have a reservation but she found a nice spot for us for one night. The pool is outstanding, great option for a very fair price. Thank you so much for having us!

The host is the nicest woman we have ever met. We felt so welcome and she is really relaxed and easy going. We didn't have a reservation but she made sure we could stay for at least 3 nights. Most of the guests are German or Dutch, she speaks fluently German. The pitches have lots of shadow and are walking distance to sea and the Tiny harbour with a seasonal beachbar (shortcut next to the camping). The host is always available and makes sure everyone is comfortable.

Just one con; there are only 4 showers (2 for men, 2 for women) so you'd have to wait for a bit. The pool is fantastic. Wonderful camping, 100% recommend!

Nice, small and quiet campground. Diana is a nice lady, she greets everyone and has a small chat here and there, very welcoming and friendly. The camp itself has many lots with trees and shade, there a not many spots where you are fully exposed to the sun.
Toilets and facilities are clean and easy to access. There's a small playground, a sports court and a pool.
A thing to consider: The front gate closes at 8pm. Walk on is open all night.
8pm seemd a bit early at first. But we loved the fact that everyone greets everyone and all seemed to be super friendly.

We had the best time at Camp Diana. The pool, toilet, showers were all very clean. The pitch for our caravan was of a very good size. The camping is pretty small, so everything is close to you. Also outside of the camping you have everything you need: 2 beaches, ATM, bakery, restaurants, small town nearby, watersports,... Diana is a great host. She has her own rules, but that's perfect for us. She is always there to help or advice you. She comes to say hello everyday and asks how you are doing, how you slept, if everything is okay... Best host ever! We will definitely come back in the future. We miss it already!

Small, quiet campsite with lots of shade. Diana the owner is such a sweetheart, making sure everyone is ok. Toilets and showers are super clean, even coming with toilet paper and paper towels to dry your hands. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely time here! Diana is very friendly, and the campsite has everything: clean facilities, a large swimming pool, pitches in the shadow.

Update: Visited the campsite again after a year, and it was even better than I had remembered. It was not crowded at all because of COVID-19, so there are lots of pitches to choose from. The pool is simply amazing as it's super big. Diana is a great and involved host. We'll be back for sure.

Great atmosphere, lots of shadow, great host/owner, overall amazing experience in Istria! Even though we arrived one day earlier than planned, it was still possible to stay at a different spot for a night at the campsite, followed by a 6 day stay. Good facilities, warm welcome, electricity works well and perfect if you like smaller camps. We would like to thank you very much for ourpleasant stay!- Lisa & Sem

I am giving 5 stars despite the fact that the stay in the camp unfortunately did not take place and I had to cancel the reservation due to the pool accident. One of the owners, Mr. Modrušan, informed me immediately and tried to find a solution. An above-standard, highly professional approach that will leave you feeling that you are really valued here as a guest and that you are not just a source of profit.

This was our second time at Camp Diana and again it was fantastic. Camp Diana is a small intimate campsite with lots of shade, a lovely pool and of course Diana herself: a very sweet and helpful host! In other reviews you'll sometimes read that Diana is pretty strict, and this is true, but the good thing about this is that everything is clean and that you can get a good night's sleep at the end of the day. For me that's a big plus. This is no party campground, but a quiet family oriented place where you can relax.

Camp Diana is a beautiful camping with friendly owners. Good facilities. There is a nice swimming pool. The area is also very nice for cycling or walking. We were here for the 4th time. And again next year. There is now also a toilet for the disabled.

a very, very lovely camp, it was rather small and cozy, with an amazing pool and clean bathrooms and showers, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. it is just about 7 minutes walk to a supermarket, restaurants and beaches are within 10 minutes walk as well
