Konoba Mijo

Best sea bream I have eaten in years. Also the potato salad was tasty. Lovely staff! They speak multiple languages so don’t worry. View from the terrace is stunning and if you have questions they are very helpful. 5 stars as it was a lovely experience! Food and staff on point!

This cosy restaurant with name Mijo is something that I would like to see more and more - fresh seafood they have to offer on great location. Beach is just next to and staff here it’s really friendly. I have to admit we have not tasted anything special here yet, but we decided to come back soon. All is super clean, toilets are not best but i assume all people from beach are trying to get in so I assume it’s not easily to maintain. Please check menu I took photo too, i am pretty sure you will find something for you too.

Love this place!! Had a splendid time with my group; the food was great, the staff was good-looking and kind, keeping their cool during rush hours. After lunch, we slid to the bar to drink cokctails and enjoy the view of the best beach on the island 🤩

My boyfriend and I had an amazing day at Pupnatska Luka, while we ate some awesome local food at Konobar Mijo. The view was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this restaurant for a visit.

We spent the day at the remote and stunning Pupnatska Luka beach, with lunch at family-run Konoba Mijo.
We ordered the freshest local "orada" fish which came with a traditional Croatia side dish of green beans and boiled potatoes. The fish was so juicy!!
This rustic place serves mostly woodfired dishes (no electric ovens), with local produce, so its a truly authentic dalmatian style tasting experience. The side plate of salad, olives and cheese were also so delicious!
You can also make your way to the café across from the restaurant for a drink, the freshly squeezed lemon/orange juices are very refreshing!

Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting with gorgeous wiews of the Lastovo archipelago, wonderful hosts and food. Service was second to none and I would especially recommend tuna steak. Coctails after dinner were icing on the cake. Definitely a place not to pass up on the island. We had a blast and we are definitely coming back!

It was a really pleasant place to eat. nice and fresh food, great view, and nice service. We ate grilled chicken which was really juicy (maybe a bit saltier, but fine for us), homemade macaroni with beef which was reaaaallly great, and tuna salad. definitely will come back another time.

Nice host, good food. Arrived late by boat but they stayed open for our group. Very good fish, ham n cheese, white wine. Yvan was a great host. Thank you. This was a quiet bay that night but not necessarly a good bay for anchoring if windy.

I'm coming here often with my friends and I can say that this is one of the best beaches and definitely the best tavern you can find on Korcula island. Food is traditionaly prepared and delicious, prices are affordable (more than!) and the stuff is great, friendly and professional. Fish is always fresh and tuna steak is a must! Their domestic wine is a crown to your lunch or dinner.
Definitely must visit and have lunch there - it will be an everlasting memory of your holiday!

The restaurant is located in a wonderful bay reachable by sea or by car following a road downhill, the first appeal is the astonished sight made of the torquoise colour of the sea and the green of the white stone mountain. As soon as you arrive the welcome is the smiling faces of the waiters and the members of the family who run the restaurant and they will you make feel like at home in the simplicity of the authentic values of foods. The choice is between meat and fish, for side dishes you can choose vegetables and salads and in the end homemade pastries. You can delight your meal with excellent local wine. In case you don't want to eat you can always have a drink on the terrace in front of the sea and nearby the restaurant. The cocktail bar can offer also a private area which can be reserved in advance for any particular occasion to celebrate. The furniture of the restaurant and the cocktail bar are all well equipped and elegant cloth and wood in armony with the natural surroundings. This is my favorite one in Korcula and I strongly recommend to anyone who wants to delight the sight and the senses. Enjoy 😍😍🍸🍽

Top service and fresh fish with homegrown vegetables what else do you need. The bar and the konoba are located right on the beach at Pupnatska Luka bay.

This place is perfect:
- the beach is great,
- the location is incredible,
- the food is fantastic, specially the fish,
- and the waiters very serious and professional,
- with a reasonable cost.
