Unique, absolutely quiet location in the middle of nature with a great view. What was crowned by the passionate, super-friendly and extremely humorous operator, who prepared an excellent dinner and breakfast from fresh, home-grown ingredients and otherwise did everything to make you feel good. always my pleasure.

A very pleasant experience! We were looking for any place we could eat with our kids very late in the evening (10 p.m.) and we found by a chance Sara Latin Guest House.
Owner and all other staff prepared a feast for us that we could not eat. Fishes, jambalaya, tummy, grilled vegetables, fried potato chips - everything was great and tasty.

A really nice typical farm transformed into a guest house with delicious meals. It's great to be away from the crowed mass-tourist hotels that surround Plitvice lakes. The owner is nice and talkative, and does a hard job to deliver a friendly and family atmosphere. We stayed 1 night with our 4 teenaged kids in July 2023.

3 tired guests driving an old beaten up Mercedes through the Balkans had to find for a place to catch. Simple phone call, a welcoming smile and a crazy tasty dinner sum up our stay. Local fresh products (you gotta try that grilled cheese) completed both the dinner and the awesome breakfast served. If you’re looking for some time off surrounded by breathtaking views, do not hesitate. 10/10 would visit again!!!

This is an amazing vacation spot with amazing host and wonderful staff. Destination and surrounding is exquisite. If you are a nature lover search no further, book this place. The food is amazing, everything is home grown and even the salat is freashy picked from the garden. Definitely will be going back and recommend to everyone :)

This is the best guest house I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful, calm surroundings, great room and very nice hosts! The food was fantastic and it felt very luxurious to eat local cheese, eggs and homegrown vegetables.

This place was magical; the food was incredibly tasty, and the owner was exceptionally friendly. I definitely recommend visiting on the way to the lakes when you traveling to Croatia.

Good prices and great diverse Balkan cuisine. From ćevapi to homemade potato chips, nearly all food was amazing.

This place is amazing. We were looking for a nearby place to eat in Latin and luckily we came to Guest House Sara. It was the first day that the restaurant was open to the public and they prepared an excellent meal for us, with fresh products and at a very good price. I can assure you that this was the best meal of our entire trip!The owner and his family are very kind and caring people. The Guest House is located in a wonderful location and the property looks like something out of a movie. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it!!

Perfect spot away from noise! Far off the beaten track and it's exactly what we were looking for.

May not be as fancy as the coast villas but it offers unique chance to experience some "real" Croatia. The host lives in a nearby house and is always happy to help and its not just pretended friendliness. He also serves great meals at a very reasonable price. There is a super friendly cat and other animals. Great swimming pool. Remote location ideal for coronavirus times. :) We will come back some time.

Dear Sara,
We loved to stay with you for 2 lovely days. The surrounding is overwhelming like your enthusiasm. Despite the rooms need a bit of maintenance, all the rest, like the superb diner and lovely breakfast compensate that. The property is beautiful. It is 1 hour drive to the lakes, but when you’re on your way to or comming from the lakes on your road to the sea or home, this is a perfect place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Love to see you again sometime. All the best and stay healty.

I was there with my family and we found this place, we went to eat there and they were so nice, the food was great and overall it was a great place I really recommend it.

Soooo beautiful! Situated in the mountains near Plitvice and run by a very accommodating host, this property is gorgeous. Very relaxing and peaceful, not to mention amazing home-cooked style food - could not recommend this highly enough.

Extremely nice, quiet and relaxing place. Host is easy going, flexible person with grand coocking skillset - so great food is there too. Prefect atmosphere and all you need will be delivered by crew for sure. Just go there and visit this spot.
