Livacina Beach

Quite crowded some days but food and ice cream outlets are reasonably priced and we and our children love the sandy beach with safe waist-deep water, pedalos for hire, and friendly atmosphere. Probably the best and most easily-accessible (by car with easy and plentiful parking options) child-friendly beach on Rab!

Sand beach 🏖 with a lot of shallow warm water for a kids, there is few beach bars with good food and cold drinks! ☺😉
You can rent pedal boat or a jet-ski there is even a rocky part of the beach where you can get to the high ground overseeing the whole beach! 😁

Nice sand beach if you like sand. Sun, swimming, volleyball drink and food. And lot of sand. 😀

Very nice sandy beach with umbrellas and sunbeds for rent (15eur per day).
Clean water, little bit colder than Rajska plaza (that is great in hot days!)

Beach for kids and adults, better swimming than Rajska (shorter way to deeper water).
Place in the shadow of the trees as well.

About 4 grill bars (salads,grilled meat, pancakes, fish, ice-cream..).

Lot of parking space (5eur per day).

Public toilettes for 1 euro, paid shower.

Beach volleyball court.
Padle boats for rent.
Playground for kids.

We liked it here more than Rajska, smaller, cosy beach with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Only disadvantage i see are paid toilletes and shower - this should be included at least in renting fee for the sun umbrellas.

Best playa on Adriatic coast! Fantastic for family with kids.

good place to get tan but expect people to stare at you. been here few times and no issues so far just make sure to find a spot with no people around if you're planning on being fully naked. i also had a butt plug so that mightve been the reason why theyve been staring hehe

Big sandy beach, perfect for families with children. No shade, but you can rent a parasol. Several bars to choose for drinks or meals.

The beach is clean, the sea is crystal clear; unlike many sandy beaches on Rab, the sea floor gets deep enough to swim freely after 50m or so. There are many activities to try (sea-doo, paragliding,...) Finally, there is a spectacular view Velebit mountain range!

If you have kids this is the beach to choose.
Rajska plaza (nearby) is probably best for babies and toddlers.
Livacina is large enough and water goes a little deeper and steeper than rajska. Still you can walk 20m from shore.
There is a buffet and paid showers /2kn. Access is easy from Rajska or Lopar though it is a walk of at least 800m. Good access by car with 25kn/day fee basically up to beach front.
There is a boat rental and we did do it 2x. The boat costs 350kn for 4.5hrs and will get you anywhere on Lopar or even Grgur.
For us this combo is unbeaten in Lopar.
For naturists there are more remote beaches like Sahara further on the peninsula / there are also non-naturist beaches like Dubac etc. All accessible from Livacina by the aforementioned boat. Or by foot / at least 2km one way.

Nice beach with sand like all others on Lopar. There are pedal boats rental and restaurants. Beside, there is rock beach for dogs.

Windy, but WOW good view, and on the right don't miss the rocks, they good place to make a new profil picture or a family photo!(ofc and experience)

Bit more crowded than paradise beach, but the water is not as shallow which is good
