Konoba Šešula

We were beyond happy with food and service at Sesula.

Our evening started with a little mistake of booking a table at Sesula in Trogir instead of Maslinica. This happen every now and then so make sure you don’t book the wrong location :)

Regardless of that, we were offered a table.

We had octopus carpaccio and shrimp tartare as starters - both amazing. 10/10 would recommend. For our main dish we had grilled Orada fish and baked potatoes. Never are better baked potatoes in my life. The smell of rosemary alone made me think I went straight to heaven. The fish was unforgettable as well.

I’d recommend Dom Kalebic’s Posip white wine next to it. It’s local and very “drinkable” (light). To end the dinner, I’d also recommend Aura’s liqueurs which Sesula offers. Leaves the the perfect after taste.

Overall we were amazed by the attentiveness of the staff and quality of food. Will return for sure.

Also - this restaurant is dog friendly, which was a nice bonus.

A great and very unique experience. The potatoes on the lamb dish were amazing and so was the calamari.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Konoba Šesula, and I can confidently say that it was an outstanding culinary experience. From start to finish, everything about the restaurant impressed me.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff who immediately made me feel welcome.

Each dish we ordered was a true masterpiece. We started with Carpaccio from octopus with orange, fennel and red pepper, then we took Calamari stew brudet with potatoes, and for main meal waiter recommended us to mix pasta with lobster, shrimps and shells in buzara sauce. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was a delightful journey for my taste buds. The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients were evident in every plate that arrived at my table.

It was a symphony of flavors, combining the freshest ingredients to create a dish that was both visually stunning and incredibly delicious. The presentation was impeccable, and the taste surpassed all expectations.

The service at Konoba Šešula was impeccable. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring that every need was met throughout the evening.

Excellent restaurant. Excellent advice from waiter. Really friendly staff. The highest quality food from a very compressive fish menu. Drank the local white wine which was excellent at a reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend this place!

Perfect place to have a dinner just by the sea. The service is great, waiters are so kind and cheerful and always around when you need them. Food is definetly the best you will eat maybe even on the whole island, especially for the given price.

We recently celebrated our daughters 21st at this magnificent establishment. The reviews of this restaurant are absolutely accurate. The team of Viki, Dino and Mirabella delivered upon every wish and request to create a perfect celebration. We thoroughly recommend this authentic wonderland - perfect position, perfect food, and perfect people. We love the Šešula Team.

Perfect place to visit if you're sailing in the area. The most helpful guy 'Chris ' will help moor your boat. No charge if you are using the restaurant. We had two nights with two delicious dinners. The Peka baked lamb was amazing. Usual Croatian pricing and cheap drinks. Gets very busy and you definitively have to book a table.

We were very satisfied with everything, place, meals and our waiter was fabulous🔝 I can definitely recommend this restaurant, we really enjoyed it there. Kids portions were big enough as well👍

Beautiful restaurant right on the water. Staff is awesome, not a far walk from the main marina and the food was really authentic.

Very very very nice restaurant the steak is cooked perfectly every time and the lamb is really really good! The small chocolate pot for dessert is an amazing finisher. We come here most weeks through out the season and would highly recommend!

Arrived in our boat got some very kind assistance from the staff to moor boat. Lovely location and the food was great. Our waitress was great and had a lovely sense of humour… definitely worth a visit

During the past year, I had the pleasure of visiting numerous restaurants along the Mediterranean Sea. Among them, Šešula stands out as a truly exceptional establishment. It offers a delightful combination of stunning sea views, refreshing natural shade from trees, ample space to ensure privacy, and a staff that is both friendly and approachable. The cuisine at Šešula is prepared in the healthy and delicious Dalmatian style, making it a standout choice.

For our starter, we opted for the buzara (mussels), which turned out to be an excellent decision, while waiting for our main course, the ramstek, I couldn't help but notice its generous portion size. Typically, when consuming meat, I find myself feeling full for an extended period, but the ramstek at Šešula was truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Unfortunately, due to time constraints as we rushed to catch the last ferry, we were unable to indulge in dessert. However, I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Šešula again in the near future.
