During sunrise we spontaneously did a olive oil tasting at Maria and got to know more about real olive oil.

It was great how Maria explained about her family business. Also we couldn't resist buying some oil to enjoy at home.

We recently visited a home-grown olive oil shop in Vinkuran and were impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the owners. They were very informative and happy to tell us all about the olive oil production process. We also had the opportunity to sample a variety of olive oils and were very impressed by the different flavors. We will definitely visit this shop again next time we are in Croatia.

Nice place, passionate lady who can explain everything about olives and olive oils, good opportunity to taste different types of oils and get some basic knowledge about pressing process. Of cours you can buy some oils if its available. Worth to visit this place and this family.

When we were in Pula in the fall, we wanted to do an olive oil tasting. On Google we found Dolija olive oil. Due to the good reviews, we wrote if we may spontaneously come by the next evening.
We received a warm response from Marija.
We were warmly welcomed by Marija, her family and the dogs in their home. We felt very comfortable and received an introduction to the world of olive oils. The tasting on the terrace was educational, cozy and absolutely delicious.
We can absolutely recommend Marija and her award-winning olive oils and are already looking forward to our next visit.

We tried some of the oils in our holiday last summer and we loved it. We listened to story of the different fruits and tastes. The host of this very nice evening was professional and convincing about the low quality of industrial stuff.

Best olive oil! Really tasty and intensive. The owners are really friendly and well informed about olives and their oil also the service was more than good. Can only recommend to buy as much as possible and different sorts. :)

Wir waren auf der Suche nach wirklich sehr guten Olivenöl und wollten deshalb nicht in den Touristenshops irgendwelche fragwürdigen Flaschen kaufen. Sind über Google auf Dolija gestossen und haben am nächsten Tag gleich die Öle dort getestet und auch gleich mehrere Sorten gekauft. Die Verköstigung ist sehr informativ, man erfährt sehr viel über den Anbau und die Produktion und Unterschiede der Öle.
Alle probierten Öle waren ein Traum und wir konnten den Unterschied in der Qualität schmecken als uns eine Probe eines billigen Olivenöls aus einer Flasche wie man sie in den Touristenläden angeboten bekommt zum Vergleich probieren "durften"!
Die Inhaberin ist nett und man merkt ihr an, dass sie dieses Handwerk mit Herz und Seele ausübt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall im Winter von der neuen Ernte etwas bestellen!

Wir sind als Gruppe unangekündigt angekommen, in der Annahme, dass es sich um einen Hofladen handelt. Wir waren positiv überrascht über den sehr herzliche Empfang. Die Besitzerin hat uns viele informative und interessante Fakten zum Anbau der Oliven, dem Geschmack und der Herstellung des Olivenöls erzählt. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit eine Auswahl von Öle zu testen und die hochwertigen und geschmacksintensiven Öle mit einem einfachem Billigöl zu vergleichen. Zum Abschied haben wir noch einen Büschel gut riechenden Lavendel aus dem Garten der Besitzerin bekommen. Alles in allem eine ennmalige Erfahrung, die sehr zu empfehlen ist!

Isprobati Dolia maslinovo ulje bilo je jedno predivno iskustvo i svakako ću ga ponoviti. Punoća okusa oborila me s nogu. Preporučujem svima! Uz sve to, vlasnica je bila jako draga i pristupačna što je dodatno poboljšalo naše iskustvo.

Acheter de l’huile d’olive de bonne qualité lorsque l’on ne connaît pas le produit n’est pas facile. Grâce à l’accueil chaleureux et la dégustation offerte par la maîtresse des lieux nous avons pu découvrir ce savoir faire typique et ramener des produits de qualité à la maison !

Vlasnica je iznimno ljubazna, a maslinovo ulje je jedno od boljih!!! Pomogla nam je u razumijevanju razlicitih sorti i osjecaju raznih okusa te kako razlikovati kvalitetu ulja okusom. Za svaku preporuku!

Tijdens onze vakantie in Kroatië wilden we kennis maken met de echte olijfolie in Istrië. Het was mogelijk om bij de eigenaresse thuis een kleine proeverij te doen, op afspraak. Ze nam uitgebreid de tijd voor ons, we konden alle 6 soorten beschikbare olijfolie proeven. De eigenaresse was erg vriendelijk en vertelde veel nuttige informatie over het proces van olijfboom tot olie. Daarnaast was het erg gemoedelijk en maakten we op hele persoonlijke manier kennis met de zelfgemaakte olijfolie uit de boomgaard van Dolija. De olijfoliën van Dolija zijn heerlijk en met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Kortom een echte aanrader voor wie erg goede olijfolie uit Istrië wil!

Sind die woche spontan da gewesen weil wir gutes ölivenöl gesucht haben & sind mehr als begeistert gewesen ! Sehr herzliche Person..sehr nette und informative Verkostung! Werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen !😊

Ich war Anfang August in Vinkuran und es war ein absolutes Erlebnis die Verkostung der Dolija-Olivenöle auf der Terrasse der Familie in dieser Atmosphäre erleben zu dürfen. Es war hoch interessant und lehrreich den Prozess der Herstellung und die vielen Informationen so begeistert, herzlich und freundlich von Marija und Ihrem Mann erzählt zu bekommen. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür. Die Öle die ich bisher genutzt habe sind sehr lecker und absolut zu empfehlen. Die Verkostung ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Ich habe bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal Olivenöl bei Marija und Ihrem Mann gekauft.

Hier gibt es nicht einfach nur Olivenöl vom Erzeuger zu kaufen, sondern man kann hier auch alle verschiedenen Ölsorten in einer nahezu familiären Atmosphäre verkosten und die Besonderheiten des Olivenanbaus und der Ölerzeugung kennenlernen. Alle Öle sind von bester Qualität, und jeder, dem ein ökologisch gewonnenes Öl etwas wert ist, findet hier seinen Favoriten.

Bardzo serdecznie polecam odwiedzenie tego miejsca. Właścicielka jest przemiła, bardzo ciepło nas przyjęła, zrobiła nam degustacje różnych rodzajów oliwy w bardzo miłej atmosferze. Oliwy są przepyszne, a my dowiedzieliśmy się kilku ciekawych rzeczy na temat jej produkcji. Będziemy też teraz umieć wybrać dobra oliwę. Nie kupujcie oliwy na straganie przy drodze, różnica w smaku i jakosci kolosalna co dziś zrozumieliśmy. Gorąco polecam.
