Apartments Peršić

We are returning few years in the row.
The apartment is exactly as in the description: 3 minutes walk from the beach and all services (centre, restaurants, pharmacy, market..). The kitchen is nice, has everything you need. The room has high and comfortable beds. :) App has sheets, towels and air conditioning. There is beautiful private terrace and a parking space. Hosts are welcoming, helpful and super nice! Recommended! :)

Very nice apartment with a good location close to the beach, suitable for families with children. Very friendly and kind hosts who gave us tips for trips in the area. We really recommend it.

Our 2 families stayed in both apartments for 3 years in a row. Now apartments are updated with new tiles, new bathroom, furniture.. The beds are so comfortable. The apartments have all you need and they are very close to the beach.
It was a beautiful stay like always, a lovely hosts, and perfectly set up. Thank you so much! :)

Fazana was a great venue. The apartment is really well located with everything you need only a few minutes walk away - beach, bakery, shops & restaurants. Iva and family made us very welcome and gave excellent advice on where to go and what to do. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Iva for making our visit run so smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Iva and family certainly are super hosts.

Ok, so! This was our second time in Fažana, we loved it first time so we couldn't wait to come back. It's beautiful, really child friendly and just the right size town to be interesting, but not too big to prevent us from calm vacation that we wanted.
Our three key points for the accomodation this time were: location, outside space and comfortable beds. This place was superbe on all three! Great location, close to the beach and all the amenities and city centre, beds were extra comfortable and the terrace... It was an extra room for us! Real piece of heaven. For me personally it only lacked a sea view to be completely perfect, but it's surrounded by a lovely garden which gives you privacy and bunch of colours and smells and sounds... Just lovely! Our hosts were very kind and friendly and the whole time at our service, but without intruding or imposing. Iva was there with some great suggestions about what we could visit and what could be interesting to see in Fazana and neighbouring places... She was just a text away for all our potential questions. Once again we would like to thank the whole family Peršić for their hospitality <3
So, to summarize, it's a very nice accomodation, everything you could need is there (parking, air condition), with a homely feel and wonderful hosts. We had our magical vacation, and we wish it to you, too!

The appartment is in a nice and quiet neighborhood close to the sea and to the Fažana center. There was everything we needed. Kitchen is very well equipped as well as the rest of the appartment. There is a terasse with shadow in the afternoon. Iva and family are very professional hosts. They were always available to us and ready to help us or to advice. The appartment and the house were very clean. I would recommend to everybody. Stay in Fazana and at Iva`s is one of our top vacation experiences.

Warmly welcomed from owners, Iva give us tips what to visit. Room was exactly as described, clean and nothing broken or old, there was enough space for family staying. if I should choose again in this price , i will choose it again. beach was just 3min walk from house.

Iva and her family are just great people who you have to take to your heart immediately. They provided us with all-round valuable tips to make our vacation as beautiful as possible. Iva’s warm and refreshing manner shows the soul of Istria. A beautiful landscape with beautiful coastlines, crystal clear water, excellent food and warm, lovable people. The apartment is very clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished and contains new, super comfortable box spring beds. You can enjoy sitting on the balcony for breakfast or dinner (if you like). Within 2 minutes you can reach both the beach and the town center. Iva took great care of us. We didn't have to ask any questions, the information came automatically. Fažana is a beautiful place with small streets, very good restaurants and great beaches. A perfect starting point to get to know Istria. 100% recommendation !!! We will definitely be Iva’s guests again next year!

Just wow, the Host is just amazingly nice and friendly. The best host we've ever had. No wish or question was left open. The accommodation is very well equipped and you have everything you need, even for a longer stay. In principle, you don't need a car, as everything can be reached by foot in a few minutes. Bakery, Supermarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy. The Outdoor gym at the sea is amazing, we used it a lot. 110% recommendation!!!

The best location ever in center of Fazana. Really beautiful apartment as the pictures showed, clean, full of equipment necessarily for a short or long stay. Only 2-3 mins to the beautiful beach with kid’s playground, gym zone and bunch of bars and restaurants right at the beach. If you want to explore the old town it’s also need 2-3 mins walking as well, also full of good restaurant, atms, bakeries and ice cream shops.
The apartment has strong wifi, private big terrace, free parking, full kitchen equipment and lots of towels.
The owner and her family are also super nice and helpful.
I will definitely recommend this wonderful apartment for my friends and family.
We also want to stay here again if we come back to Fazana.

Brilliant hosts, a perfect apartment in beautiful Fazana! The apartment is situated about 5 mins walking distance from the town centre, the beach front, and a supermarket. Lots of activities can be done nearby, such as swimming, camping, paddle boarding, kayaking and yoga, and with many 'on the water' guided transportation options, such as submarine rides, boat rides, and of course the ferry to Brijuni.

The apartment comfortably hosted 3 of us, complete with our own bathroom, kitchen, living room, and balcony. Our hostess provided us with so many great tips on what to do, what to see, and where to eat. Her reception was above and beyond expectations and I really look forward to coming back again to the same apartment in Fazana soon!

Great accomodation, very kind owner, good place for family, Wifi was good. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Fasana is wonderful old little city.

Posizione perfetta per muoversi ovunque a piedi, a due passi dal mare. Appartamento comodo, molto pulito, silenzioso e dotato di tutti i comfort. La famiglia Peršić è molto cordiale, disponibile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo

Super ausgestattetes Apartment, es ist einfach alles vorhanden (Müllbeutel, Seife, Klopapier etc.)
Die Lage des Apartments ist unschlagbar, ca 2. Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche und Hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Appartamento fantastico, pulitissimo e ordinato, con bel terrazzino. Il letto è super comodo. La casa è a pochissimi minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro, in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. I proprietari sono molto affabili e veramente disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Fazana è un piccolo borgo, romantico e delizioso.
