Bistro Gugulo

We had an awesome experience at Bistro Gugulo!! We just wanted to take a drink, but at the moment we sat down the very nice waitress came to us and asked if we want to try their new menu they are creating for the new season right now. We agreed and had some of the best food in the zadar region. It started with some crsipy bread topped with salmon and shrimps. Followed by an perfectly cooked tuna on some locally grown vegetables. We finished with some anchovis and tuna paste. All ingredients were fresh, organic and from the region. The staff were super friendly and the location is very beautiful.
This place is a must see if you are on the island Ugljan or are staying in the zadar region. We will come back anytime soon and can recommend it to 100%!!

We came here twice during our short stay in Kali. The service was excellent from both waiters. I am gluten free and they were accommodating and knowledgeable about what I could eat vs avoid. The fish and the vegetables are SO fresh. The owners try to use veggies only from their own garden. We also asked them to surprise us with a rakija we hadn’t tried and got this delicious rose rakija. Bistro Gugulo has a great location and great food!

Friendly service, awesome food and surprising flavours, only quality ingredients and home-grown vegetables. By far the best restaurant on the island.

Definitely the best place in Kali. Highly recommend to visit. Delicious food, beautiful presentation of dishes, cozy atmosphere.

Bili v juniju 2021. Najboljša morska hrana ki sem jo jedel kadarkoli. Brez pripomb. 1A izkušnja. Zelo okusna in skrbno pripravljena lokalna hrana. Zelo prijazno osebje. Nujen obisk za vse, ki dajo veliko na okus, ambient in postrežbo. Poceni, proti drugim restavracijam na otoku. Ki pa ne dosegajo takega okusa, ambienta in postrežbe.

Bistro Gugulo ist nicht nur ein Bistro...es ist ein Erlebniss der einheiheimischen Küche wo nur die besten und vor allem frische Nahrungsmittel zubereitet werden....und das auch noch zu vernünftigen Preisen....auf jeden Fall Empfehlungswert! Unbedingt besuchen und danach in die Beach Bar Mavra nebendran auf einen Gin Tonic

Dwie rodziny. Zamówiliśmy 4 różne dania. Wszystkie rewelacja. Owoce morza świeże i przyrządzone bardzo smacznie. Sałatka z ośmiornicą jak u mojej cioci w Grecji. Obsługa miła i szybka. Płatność kartą jest, więc ok. Toaleta czysta. Polecam.

Bistro Gugolo se nalazi u prekrasnom mjestu Kali,njihov riblji meni je odličan.Bruskete kao predjela,domaće riblje paštete su izvrsne,ali meni najbolje,pečene srdele koje nije moguće valjda pojesti nigdje u Hrvatskoj ,bile su izvrsne.Vjerujem da i ostala jela ne zaostaju po kvaliteti.Šarmatni vlasnici obilaze sve goste,konobari i ostalo osoblje,iako su mladi,izuzetno su ljubazni što je postala rijetkost.Vjerujem da bi svatko pronašao nešto za sebe,za svaku preporuku....

Gute Küche mit frischen Zutaten. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sanitäre Anlagen Top Top! Der Fußmarsch von der Lamjana Mala-(30 min) zum Hafen nach Kali hat sich gelohnt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Leckeres Essen, gegrillte Sardinen, tolle Pommes und sehr nette Bedienung. Guter Preis. Kommen gern wieder.
