Fabro Restaurant

We had such a wonderful and memorable experience dining at this lovely restaurant. The service was excellent - warm, friendly, welcoming and efficient. The setting was stunning with waterside al fresco seating enjoying sea and marina views. We dined on fresh seafood (Sexy Plate for Two is delicious!) and local delicacies, prepared simply and honestly, allowing the beautiful local ingredients to speak for themselves. A truly authentic Dalmatian dining experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting the gorgeous island of Murter.

Food was excellent. I think it was the best steak in my life - it was juicy, cooked perfectly, gorgeous.
Deserts were great too.
Waiters were professional and nice. Restaurant has their own quay, so you can dock your yacht for free.

Unfortunately it was really expensive. But I understand that you're paying for quality.

Superb food at a beautiful terrace

Last week I visited Fabro again with my friends. This time we got a table on a peer and had a delicious four-course dinner surrounded by sea. The ambient is so nice and the staff so hospitable that we practically spent the entire evening there. I am sure we will come back next year. Do not miss this place if you are visiting Murter.

The whole experience was just amazing! The food was incredible. Chef deserves 5 stars. The service was the best. Waiters are soooo kind! Will definitely come again! Loved the atmosphere!

Beautiful meal: pate: shrimp an tuna.. best tuna tartar EVER..with dash of horseradfish (???) Experimentative and bold. Swordfish carpaccio-vs tuna carpaccio with realy different tastes! Octopuss verry nicely served and sesoned. Pinjoli an capers. Capesante with truffles! Bread freshly made and house simple wine, best value for money so far in this area of Dalmatia. At the end deserts: pancakes; choc soufle ..top ! Accompanied with excellent olive oil available on the table. So far best meal this summer on Šibenik area.. price for starters.. desets ..3l vine but enough for people not starving...180 kn per cqpita..

Probably Murter’s best restaurant. The seafood platter is a must, 10/10. Great location and lovely staff too. Don’t miss out on the little wine shop where they also do olive oil tastings which was really good.

High quality, good service, good ambiance fish restaurant. We reserver our spot over mysea app.. although we had to re-confirm, everything went smoothly. We got our spot on the jetty, enjoyed our delicious food with the sunshine and had a lovely evening.
As far as we understood a reservation is a must but it is definitely worth doing it inadvance to properly enjoy the place. We recommend it for sure.
It is fairly priced compared to other fish restaurants offering berths and buoys

The best fish I ever had, and I always order fish when I go and eat outside. Staff was super friendly and funny, everything was nice and clean. Really tasty food.I highly recommend to everyone. The pricing can be a bit higher than usual, but you are getting the best. Do try the fig cake and oven baked pancakes.
