JNA tunel

We found an old military bunker by chance and it was very exciting. The tunnel was long, but we reached a beautiful view on the other side. However, we saw snakes, spiders, and bats nearby, so we had to be careful. Despite the potential danger, exploring the bunker was amazing. It was built by the Yugoslavian National Army during World War 2.

The most interesting part is that you don't expect anything like this place on the island. You just walk around the shore and see some hole with the remains of rusty gates. At first going in may seem about scary, but there is no way you can get lost inside. Almost everything was looted long ago, sometimes you may find some unidentifiable rusty remains. If you go straight left until the end of the main tunnel, there is a cannon there in quite a good condition. Be aware of rats and bats you can meet inside the tunnels. And take some source of light with you.

Overall - it worth visiting, especially taking into account that it is absolutely free.

Visite improbable et formidable de ce tunnel de défense. Lieu sauvage donc sans protection.

Mogla bi biti prvoklasna turistička atrakcija a ovako je zapušteni tunel koji je ok za posjetiti ali treba dobro paziti na slijedeće: 1. Obavezno uzeti svjetiljke. 2. Nikako ne preporučam ulaz u natikačama, japankama jer po podu ima oštrih hrđavih predmeta, zbog vlage je po stepenicama sklisko a ima i nešto malo blata na jednom djelu. Na topovskim lokacijama puno metalnih predmeta a i smeča. Samo na zadnjoj topovskoj lokaciji je ostao kompletni top (po stepenicama dolje pa na lijevo do kraja tunela). Paziti na orjentaciju!!
