Great place to stay whether you are coming for hiking, skiing or just to spend some time in nature with family. The rooms and restaurant downstairs are very cosy. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. There is a small saloon downstairs for socialising, it has table soccer, some bookshelves and sofas next to the fireplace. Food in the restaurant is tasty and very nicely served. Overall - the place has a very pleasant vibe, would like to return there again.

We went there after a small hike with our kids. Really beautiful garden with children's toys and a playground. They loved it and were really busy, so it was relaxing for us adults aswell.
Food was really delicious and prices are good. Nice atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend. We will come back!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and cozy, and the meals are hearty and really delicious. The community room has a large fireplace to make the room even more cozier when the weather is bad outside. We loved it very much.

We spent a week of our summer vacation here. We couldn't choose better. Helpful (albeit not English speaking) staff, extraordinary meals, rich breakfasts, elegant and clean rooms. All this in the middle of dense forests, far from civilization.

Wonderful location, wide variety of authentic food and beverages, accodomation with breakfast or half pension. There are nice hiking trails around the pension, protected parking, a lot of snow and ski facilities. The prices are moderate and sometimes you have to wait a bit but it's totally worth it.

Good location, nice staff, excellent trout for dinner. The water supply is weak, so it may turn out that there's no more water in the evening. (There's no piped water in Bankut, that 's the reason).

We had dinner with 19 members group. Foods were good, portions were enough and service was kind.

Bükki mountainbike túrán voltunk. Csatak sárosan megérkeztünk, természetesen, kulturáltan mentünk be az étterembe. Szétpakoktunk, és "berendezkedtünk" 🙂 mintegy 2.5 órára. Vacsoráztunk egy jót, és tényleg jót Minden nagyon gusztusos és finom volt A pincér fiatalember nagyon kedvesen, udvariasan állt a csapathoz. Tölthettük egy szó nélkül az ebikokat (máshol ez sok helyen probléma, ami egyébként max 75 Ft költséget jelent), térítés mentesen. Borravalóban nem voltunk visszafogottak, mert érte adni. Összegezve, nagyon kulturált hely, finom ételek, kedves személyzet. Visszajövük. Ajánlom!
