Yes!!! Lido strand.
One of the best I've ever visited, so much to do for the kids.
If you do not speak Hungarian or German you might encounter some minor difficulty to communicate but can get along eventually.
Great bargins in the shops on the beach....

Family friendly beach in Vonyarcvashegy, sadly you have to pay for the entrance but facilities are kept tidy and there are some nice options for good food as well, I would advise visiting the spot called Spot and trying their "spot burger". There are quite a few options for activities as well although you have to pay for all of them.

Voted as the best beach of Lake Balaton in 2016 for good reason.
Equipped with everything you can imagine, huge green area and perfect waterfront. Can be crowded in high season though. Definitely recommended!

Nice local beach at Balaton with attractions for adults and children.
There is a wakeboard circuit also on reasonable price.
The food is more or less, most of the places work grey, and cash only, don't expect credit card acceptance, what is really bad and I can't understant in 2018.

Many people but very clean, plenty shadowy spots to hide from sun available, kurtos kalacs to remember, the big water slide we left for the next time ...

Every facilities can be found what is needed, there are lot of buffet, sport court(basketball, football,handball, volleyball, techball, wibit).
There are water skiing opportunity also.

Anything you might need at a crowdy family beach with the lake, food, slings, plAygrounds, noise, friendly atmosphere and generally let-your-hair-down style :)

Great place to go with kids but can get crowded in July August. Safe bathing very clean and well kept resort.

Separate playground for children. Planty of trees for shadow. Broad range of restaurants. Sanitary facilities are ok too.

Eake park. Moto boat. Pedalini. A lot of playground for kids. Great food and drinks. Highly recommended.

One of the best on the north coast...great facilities...lot to do for kids and adults aswell.

Bester Strand am Balaton. The best beach at Balaton lake.
