Nádasdy Kastély

A most beautiful palace from more recent times. The interior is a mixture between traditional palace elements and abit of a modern touch. The exterior is amazing, especially that we were lucky enough to see it in a cloudy afternoon which gave it somewhat dramatic effect.
It closes at 18.00 so have this in mind when planning your visit.

Very beautiful, have a look at some of the pictures I've uploaded. Definitely worth the visit, shouldn't be too far if you're visiting Budapest or Balaton

Very nice castle, where you can sit on historic chairs, see how life looked like when Nádasdy family was still living there. There is a lovely coffee shop with Hungarian cakes and vine and you can eat them in fully historical background. Definitely worth to visit.

Szilvi the tour guide was amazing. She has great humor, knowledge but knows the capacity of a tour and she is not overwhelming with too detailed information. The castle is gorgeous and has a beautiful park. There is a playroom for kids with toys that belong to a palace.

Super place to visit, extremely friendly staff, great guided visit, highly recommended for families, garden is pretty well maintained. Only one inconvenience the parking lot is quite difficult to find.

Wonderful place with a very interesting seasonal Halloween exhibition. The invented work is pretty visible in all parts of the building, and the park is beautiful in the Autumn, indeed. All in all it provides a nice program for the whole family for the afternoon. Thank you for that

Amazing preservation, MUST SEE!! All nice in English, even the movie display in the cellars is worth while. One about inhabitants of the castle and one about the heating of such a great castle.

Standing ip on the roof is almighty!

From Budapest to Balaton lake, you should visited those 3 truly arhitectonic destinations: Brunszvik castle with Beethoven castle and The Park,Bory castle and last but not least ,Nadasdy castle...and all in one day...

Just had an amazing tour in the magical newly renovated Palace and in it's Park. It's really worth a visit, if you're nearby.

Within the castle renovation program of the government this one is one of the most advanced but still a long way to go to regain its full splendor!!!

The lake has many mosquitoes but who cares. Its very spacious and has a good look
