I have had a very experience a few days ago with my customer service. I have had some issues with my account and they straight sorted out immediately.
All the staff in the shop was polite and kind with me.
Highly recommend for pay as you go or another construction dipped what you would like to get from them. They have a plenty options for you to keep touch with your family or with your friends.

The people there (workers) always help to solve the problems or any issues the customers might enter with. It's just a good feeling to know, that when you struggle online or via the Call Centre in a particular topic, the store (the offline Customer Service) is always there for you, where you can get the final solution for your troubles!
In the most of the cases, I went to the store, almost always I came out with my problems fixed.
