Grand Wijaya Hotel Pemalang

I stayed at the Grand Wijaya Hotel Pemalang on 24-25 Nov 2023, even though it was only one night, the most beautiful memories will always be remembered. I arrived at 21:00 & tried the food available in the restaurant, all the food was quality & the rooms were spacious and comfortable. everything is luxurious & elegant to make you feel at home. breakfast also doesn't have much variety but is high quality & delicious. Thank You

Notes : this hotel is still on soft launch during review so some services and furnitures aren't quite ready yet. In normal condition this should earn only 3 to 4 stars review but since it's still in "early access" it's acceptable especially since the price still a bit cheap.

The hotel itself is probably the newest and the best currently the city has to offer. Strategically located in the center of the city and near train station. Rooms are quite spacy compared to even pricier 4 or 5 stars hotel room by room class. (28 to 55 square feet).

Services like pool are still under construction, and the lobby / dining room still use fan, maybe the central ac isn't ready yet? The hotel are also still understaffed but it's understandable because still very new and being in the small city. If they can get these problems fixed then this hotel can be very great places to stay.

Edit : wifi coverage and speed also needs improvement because right now its mediocre. Also room tv lacked international or entertainment channel, and although the tv itself is high end samsung smart tv (which is very good) there's no internet access in the tv so apps like youtube are unusable.

salah satu hotel paling bagus di kota pemalang, waktu itu sedang ada promo 50%, lumayan untuk menginap beberapa malam sangat worth it sekali. yang eksekutif ruangannya luas banget, tvnya pun ada netflix , jadi tiap malem nonton film. kolamnya juga enak bersih bisa untuk anak-anak dan orang dewasa. ada tempat gym juga di dekat kolam. untuk sarapannya tidak terlalu banyak varian menu tetapi secara keseluruhan ini merupakan hotel yang paling bagus di pemalang...

Tempat nya cukup strategis, kamar nya nyaman dan bersih. Fasilitasnya juga lengkap. Rekomen banget buat yang mau liburan

Buat di kabupaten ini hotel udah oke banget sih secara fasilitas tipe kamar, apalagi letaknya ditengah kota pemalang persis. Cuma minta tolong ya bawah kasirnya dibersihkan, karna yg dibersihkan sepertinya hanya yg terlihat. Bawah kasurnya kotor. Sudah hampir 5 kali di hotel ini dan ditipe kamar yg berbeda semua bawah kasurnya kotor sekali.. sama minta tolong untuk restorasi jam 10 siang belum ready untuk room service sepertinya dihotel lain sekelasnya tidak seperti itu seharusnya.. mungkin bisa ditambah staf restorannya biar untuk breakfast ready dan untuk room service juga bisa ready..
