Clean room and a comfortable bed. Staff was so friendly! Having the breakfast every morning was delicious and great value. Best part was the free transport to and from the town as well as the airport! Very easy to set up

Very clean and quiet with good air conditioning. Breakfast was lovely and included within the price. Staff very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Was kind they offered to drop me places in their car 🥰 I felt at home and could have stayed longer - especially with such a good price!

Extreme value and hospitality!
We stayed a nights over 2 stays.
The free shuttle to the town centre and airport certainly is a stand out offering.

The location is close to the local market. The staff are also very helpful and cheerful which makes for a very pleasant stay.

They'll also help in organising you scooter hire, either from their own fleet or a partnering rental store that will deliver and pick up from the hotel.

The rooms are a bit basic, but amazing for the price you pay. Most importantly they're clean. That's especially true compared to rooms you get further inland.

We spent a total of 8 nights at Danke Lodge and it was great! Very quiet, well-kept rooms, clean bathroom, huge and really comfortable beds and good breakfast. What more could you want? The location is a bit out of town, but this is not a problem due to the free transportation. On the contrary: you can have an authentic meal at "Mie pangsit Babeto" (definitely our recommendation). All the staff are incredibly nice and we felt very comfortable. Terima Kasih!

We spent one night here, spending only 20€ for a double room. The price is definitely the highlight of this place, that also offers a free shuttle from the airport, a free shuttle from and to the city centre, and a good breakfast.
The bedroom is pretty simple, but the bed is comfor enough

Simple but very clean and big rooms with good AC. They will drop you and pick you up from the centre, so you don’t need to worry about being far. We found being away from the centre a good thing, because it was very quiet- you don’t even hear any mosques!
Breakfast is very simple but always right on the time requested. Very friendly and helpful staff, who will give you lots of help and they aren’t expecting to make money from you at every chance. They are just so kind.
For the price, you can’t beat it.

We loved our stay at Danke so much that we extended from 1 night to 3. They helped us immediately book a 3 day/1 night Komodo tour on our first night with them - conveniently and at a great price. The we stayed in room was spacious and very clean, with great air conditioning. And everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful- an absolute pleasure to stay with. On top of it all, they have cars that can take you places around town and pick you up. We used this every day to explore the town and head to and from dinner. A huge huge plus for us to have the quiet of the homestay but easy access to the busier town area. Would absolutely recommend the stay here!

Great & clean rooms with comfy beds. Staff is really helpfull and friendly. They have scooter to rent and also offer a drop off and pick up service in the city centre.

Be aware that the accomidation is a 10 minute drive away from the main centre, but if you dont mind driving, its a great place.

Definitely recommended. Great staff who would happily and readily help you with everything needed. The location is quite peaceful and they provide shuttle services to the city which makes the stay quite convenient.

They offer refillable water if you ask them which is great because sadly the plastic is in Indonesia is sad.

The washroom is spacious and clean. I wish the basin was a bit bigger though!

If you are looking for a budget stay with great hospitality, Danke Lodge is the place!

If you’re needing a place to stay while transiting in Labuan Bajo, this is the best place hands down. The service is amazing, they pick you up and drop you off from the harbor/airport for free! The rooms are simple and basic, but very affordable. Wouldn’t recommend for long-term stay, just for a night or two. Amazing for budget traveling. Great for a place to crash before/after transiting. Highly recommend.

We liked it a lot at Danke Lodge! The staff was super friendly and the rooms big and clean. They bring you tasty breakfast which you can eat in front of the room, which I found very comfortable.
We were first concerned about the location. But as they bring you to the town center and back by car it is absolutely okay! we thought worst case we can still order a grab, but we didn’t had to. For this price it is a very good place to stay, we can definitely recommend! :-)

We received a warm welcome when we arrived. The people are so friendly and helpful here.
We rented a bike but Danke Lodge even pick you up from the airport or harbour for free.
The room and bathroom are big and clean with clean sheets! Finally you can see yourself in the mirror with bright light and no wet feet after showering!
It's quiet at night so we slept like a baby. Last night they asked what time and what we wanted for breakfast. In the morning we were kinda slow so they knocked on the door for breakfast on the balcony.
When you have to check out at 12u, they keep your backpack safely stored until you go to the airport and drive you for free till there.
What a wonderful place and not far from anything! We wished we stayed here sooner!

We loved our stay at Danke Lodge. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. But the biggest smile of them all is Jimmy the owner. Jimmy gave us some good advice about boat tours in the Komodo NP and even offered an excellent deal which was better than what the tour operators were offering down town 👍
We could leave our luggage there whilst visiting the NP. We also hired a moped to visit a local beach. The lodge is 10 minute drive outside of town in a quieter location. They offer a free car service from the airport/around town which was excellent!
Breakfast was a good size portion and very filling.
The lodge is newly built with some building work still going on (but it was not noisy) The rooms are big and modern with excellent air-conditioning and a TV and hot shower. The bed was very large and comfy. Would highly recommend!

The DANKE Lodge has the best service I ever had in a Hotel. They do not only have a free Pick up and Drop off service (city and airport), they are willing to help you with everything. We had some trouble on the island and they listened first and then helped us so much. We are very thankful and will definitely come back the next time.

Excellent budget option. The hotel is a bit away from the port area, but that is a bonus since the neighborhood here is pleasant and quiet. When you do need to get into town, the staff will drive you (and pick you up when you want to come back).

Rooms here are basic (don't expect a kettle or a fridge) but they are spacious and extremely clean.

One block away from the room is a large traditional market. One block in the other direction is a well-stocked convenience store. A few blocks further you can enjoy pleasant walks in a residential area.

Highly recommended.

Great host Jimmy , he made his place feel like home! The rooms are clean and the mattress so comfortable, good quality bed sheets , soft and comfy!! Couldn’t believe for the price you are paying.
Breakfast is very good with the best banana pancakes I had !!you can choose from a selection of fruit.They also have a menu you can choose from if you want to stay in.And the cherry on the cake is that the host provides you a car to take you to town(10 min) and back , also pick up from airport and drop off.
Everything is made to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable .
You can ask Jimmy for excursions to do around , he organised some of them.

The best place we have stayed in Labuan Bajo. Has a good sized bathroom, the water pressure and the hot water work perfectly.
A good size room, with a very comfy bed.
has kettle and water bottles, Ac, Free wifi, TV and is spacious clean too.
We definitely recommend this place, they are super cheap for the quality of the accommodation they offer.

They also offer pick up and drop off service for free during your stay, within the area (to the city)

I think they deserve to be busier.

I would give 10 stars for service if I could.
Rooms are clean, they do room service everyday and change bed sheets. The location is not the best, but they offer free transport to go to town and then they pick you up from town after. Same with the airport. They even waited for us at the supermarket to Shop on the way back to the hotel.
I recomend this place. Best quality/price of labuan bajo for sure.

This stay is what truly made our stay in Labuan Bajo so special. The warmth, service and stellar hospitality that we received here left us spellbound. It's a budget stay with 5 star service, such that will leave you wanting to stay for a few more days with people who you could easily confuse for your own extended family. Yetnipalmi was the most enthusiastic and cheerful person we have come across who gave us the best recommendations and helped us get the best deals to make the most of our experience. They have a modest car, but to even offer that as a free shuttle is something many 5 stars fail to. Small gestures go a long way and no wonder these people have the komd of good reviews they do.
