Kasuwari Hotel

Great and friendly service from Team of Kasuwari! 🥰 From security... lobby and administration... kitchen and cleaning. They all were so friendly and did a good job. We had lost one of our precious things and yeaaah.. they could find it and sent it to us at home in Java.🙏 Their rooms and beds are spacious too. The location is close to center and airport. We had a really nice stay there.

I recently stayed at Hotel Kasuwari in Labuan Bajo and had a wonderful experience. The owner, Suhaili, is incredibly friendly and hospitable. We shared sunsets and dinners together, and it was a truly memorable experience. We felt like being part of the family 💛☺ he also helped us to find a doctor as we needed some treatment for a wound and he’s being super kind to take me and my friend for several time to see the doctor at the clinic. THANK YOU 💫

Emilia, Mex, and all the staff are lovely and treat you with the utmost care to make you feel welcome and at home. We went back two times and we are already looking forward to our next visit to see them again in the near future. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kasuwari, and I must say, the experience was exceptional! One of the highlights of my stay was the kind hospitality of the owner, Suhaili. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. Suhaili's genuine care for his guests is evident in every aspect of the hotel.

Throughout my stay, Suhaili went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that I had everything I needed in my room, his attentiveness was truly remarkable.

The hotel itself is clean and basic,but you have everything that you need.
The breakfast is included for a very affordable price.

Furthermore, the staff at Hotel Kasuwari were equally friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my entire visit.

Super nice people! Great accommodation and location. City centre is at only 5 minutes walking and rooms are very clean. All the rooms have private bathroom and balcony. Breakfast is normally a delicious pancake or a Spanish omelette and some very taste fruits, although they like to try new things. Staff is very friendly and willing to help and to give advices. It was my pleasure to stay at Kasuwari and I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Kasuwari. The room and bathroom is very clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and kind. They woke up super early to serve us breakfast before 5am when we had tours in Komodo. Not to mention, it was delicious. Amazing value for the money, don’t hesitate to book here!!

Well, the hotel facilities are quite standard and not outstanding. Yet, it's pretty convenient. It provides basic needs for the guests. And the hospitality is so awesome. Aziz (the manager) treated us like friends with so friendly and helpful traits. And that's what makes this hotel special.

Basic, clean and the third floor was a great view with a hot shower. Staff were really wonderful and we hire their scooter no questions asked.
Close to town, a quick walk and there’s all the tourist trappings to choose from.

The room is nice and big. AC works perfectly. They bring the breakfast to your room so you can enjoy it on the balcony(banana pancake, toast with scrambled egg, rice with omelet). They help you with tours like the komodo tour, we got it cheap compared to other people on the boat.
Free airport pick up and drop off.

I stayed here 3 times and been in 2 different rooms. One had perfect WiFi reception the other one was not strong enough to work from the bed.

I also used the laundry service a couple of times. (15k per kilo)

The shower is a cold shower. It is luke warm (environment temperature) as it is not heated. I like my warm showers but this was also doable.

If you are traveling they can also help you. They can tell you what to see and what is not worth the trouble and the best way to travel(transportation type and route)

Anyhow i will stay here again.

Nice basic hotel with a very good price value ratio, friendly and helpful stuff plus an outstanding good manager, aziz!
He makes everything possible, I never heard a no from him,and not only for money.
Good motorbike available at the hotel.
A lil bit of the noisy main road which makes it more relaxed.

A nice place to stay. The room is spacious, the balcony is large, air-conditioner is available, and try to ask a bathroom with water heater when you book the room. When I stayed here, toiletries is limited to towel and soap

Great and affordable place in Labuan Bajo located in perfect position. The rooms are nice and spacious, furnished with AC and balcony. The owner is super helpful and really takes care of his guests. He offers great tours to Rinca, Komodo and loads of interesting locations that you cannot miss while you are in Flores island. I can highly recommend it and I can't wait to be back!

Value for money! It's is budget hotel with neat and clean rooms. Not so fancy but good place for backpackers to spend night or two before next schedule to komodo island tour.

The owner was extremely helpful, he knew where to go and how to help. The rooms were good for the price, and a delicious breakfast included.
The wifi was really bad though and we could essentially never get connected even after we helped troubleshoot the issue.
They have some rooms avalible that don't have hot water and if you want to save some money the water wasn't that bad.

We stayed with Aziz in september 2019 and had a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The room was big and clean and the hotel located a just a few minutes walking from the main road in Labuan Bajo.
Aziz helped us plann our round trip on Flores and suggested a driver who ended up driving us around the island. You can tell he realy loves to be a host and he took the time to tell us about the wonderfull island he lives on. When we came back from our 5 day trip it turned out that the room we booked beforehand was not available and that the hotel was fully booked. No sweat, calls where made and we got dropped off at another hotel at the other end of town! We really can reccomend this lovely hotel!

The best place to stay all around! Clean sheets and bathroom, amazing water pressure (even too much pressure in the bum gun haha but you can adjust this easily from a little knob next to the toilet) and hot water in the shower. They would always fill our water bottle when we asked and if we had an early wake up before dive trips we would preorder our breakfast from the staff and they always delivered it on time to our room with a smile. Aziz is very responsive, such a lovely person and helped us with all our queries. You can WhatsApp him your flight number and eta and they will pick you up from the airport. And drop off. Great value for money.

Kasuwari hotel is a lovely place to be. We stayed there as a family w a little baby of 8 months for two weeks, and all was lovely. Simple and basic, yet very friendly, service orientated and helpful. The management and staff went out of their ways to help us get around. Lovely people and a lovely hub. Close to Labuan Bajo ‘centre’ and just out of the way enough that there is peace and quiet. Recommend it! We will be back there again when in Labuan Bajo.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Kasuwari. Oni and Aziz were so kind and helpful. They pointed us towards the right activities with the right people and we enjoyed many late night discussions. We learned so much about Indonesia from them. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very good Hotel, it's clean and well located. But the best are the people working there. They are trying to make you feel comfortable and arrange everything for you...

Pretty clean, the bed quite large for single person, room spacious and each room had own terrace. Great experience for very cheap prices.
