Pangandaran Beach

Never bored to visit this place. Been crafting memories since junior high school. For me, the simplicities of pangandaran is the main attraction for me to always comeback here

Beautiful beach, many fishermen and lot of visitors. The beautiful beach with stunning natural scenery. Comfort air from the many coconut trees on the beach. There are a lot of visitors, range from kids, teenagers and adults. Affordable ticket prices make it a favorite tourist spot for families. Many visitors is come from West Java area, Jakarta, Banten, Central Java and also from East Java. When we going to go to the location, we will get a nice views like rice field, hills and trees. Feel comfortable to have a long stay on this beach.

This beach is typical beach of south side of Java island, it has medium to massive wave and current. Locals are friendly and the price range is relatively inexpensive. The beach are divided into 2 positions (east and west), where in the east we can find sunrise point and lot of its part used by fisherman to tight off their boats, buy souvenirs, eat seafood, or do the water sport such as banana boat and snorkeling. West part is where you want to see the sunset, swimming (please always aware of flag pole that set by the lifeguard indicating under water strong current), and renting boat to go to nature preserve location of pangandaran (you should ask for guide if want to go this way since you are not entering the location from main gate).
Suggestion given is need more life guard patrolling on the west side beach since a lot of swimmer in this area.

Good beach, but super crowded during weekend and public holiday.

Beautiful beach. Similar like in Nusa Dua Bali if the water is calm as blue and white sea will be shown.

Only absent on 2019.
Once a year we were there just to relax and staycation.

Our fave hotel
1. Horison Palma (best beach view of west beach, location, rooftop and glass bridge also food. Bad for AC, 2 times got not proper AC condition)
2. Sun Inn Pangandaran (best beach view (east beach), good shops for guests with great discount)
3. Arnawa (best pool of the area)
4. Nyiur Hijau (best service (car wash freely) and best food in the area)
5. Laut Biru (just spacious room and good roof top)

Wonderful beach you Will never have enough of it. Where else you can have sunrise and sunset in one place? So many activities you can do here by group or alone.

Great beach with beautiful panorama. Sunset? Sunrise? You can find at this beach. The clearly beach. There's 2 type sand, white sand and brown sand. You can find hotel everywhere, start from homestay 'till stars hotel. Tranporstation? There are a lot of transportation in here :) this is one of all complete beach. Transporation - Accomodation - Restaurant - Destination.

Favorite beach

Pangandaran Beach is one of the best beaches in West Java. It has a sloping beach and beautiful white sand.

As far as the eye can see, we will be treated to friendly waves, white sand, fishing boats and the sun that is not too hot

Children can play in the sand happily, swimming, surfing. What a beautiful sight and memorable

Perhaps, I will come back here again with my family

Pangandaran beach is located in Pangandaran Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia, it is about two hours from Ciamis West Java. This beach is located in the southern island of Java. have white sand and black sand. overall Pangandaran beach is quite good, but it needs to be improved in terms of infrastructure, facilities and transportation to become a national level tourist attraction. it would be even better if the train transportation will build to the Pangandaran beach

Very nice...but not comfortable when vacation season. Because too much people's. My advice...come to Pangandaran in regular month. More better. More comfortable. ... More cheap for hotel. Hahaha 🤣😂.
