Best gado gado ever!! After travelling around Indonesia for 3 weeks, since discovering gado gado we’ve had it nearly everywhere we’ve been. This is the best of them all!

Excellent portions, so filling. The lady is so lovely and even teaches you how to make it!! She customises it to your spice level (and likely taste if you asked), serves it with a delicious omelette and crackers. 35k for one serving - incredible value! She shuts at 4pm :)

Sadly it’s our last day in Lombok and we’ve only discovered it today, but if we were here for longer we’d be back every day!

The best Gado Gado we had during our vacation! The owner Dije cooks the family recipe right in front of you. Since we were the only customers in the afternoon, Dije took the time to have a lovely chat with us, explaining the different cooking steps and that the ingredients came from local grocers. The peanut sauce is freshly made by herself and veryyy tasty :)

Dije and her beautiful sister make the best Gado-Gado we have ever tasted. We visited everyday while we were staying in Senggigi and honestly wish we could have it everyday. Her homemade recipe is authentic and amazing and we loved spending time with them at their Warung! We can’t wait to come back to sengiggi just for Dije’s Gado Gado!!! ❤❤

GADO GADO OF MY DREAMS. I am obsessed with peanut butter and made it my mission to find the best gado gado travelling around around Bali, Malaysia and Indonesia. Here it was. Even better? She serves it with a Thai style fluffy omlette. It’s a humble little side road with so much magic to it. This is the best gado gado one can get! It truly is delicious food prepared by lovely sisters who cook what their mom taught them. Each portion is freshly made from the very beginning, including the peanut sauce!
I really love gado gado and eat it whenever possible but this one exceeds all the expectations! Can’t wait to eat it again one day!

I’ve been to Michelin acknowledged street food and small shops across Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Vietnam and this street-side Warung can easily stand proudly among their best. The only entree is gado-gado, a mixed steamed and chopped vegetable plate smothered in peanut, tomato, chili sauce and topped with a soy glaze and generous wok-fried omelet. The tofu and egg are crispy, vegetables are fresh, and the dish hits sweat, salty, savory, umami, and spicy in an amazing way. Dije, the store’s owner, is incredibly friendly and happily shared her mother’s way of making gado-gado with me. If you’re looking for a true local hole-in-the-wall experience, I can’t recommend this place more (barring a peanut or soy allergy). It’s an incredible value-per dollar experience that shows off lombok’s special way of making gado-gado.

I can’t recommend the amazing food of Dije enough. Her peanut sauce, her gado gado is the nicest I’ve ever tried. It’s the recipe of her mother and you can truely see that she makes her food with love. Oh and also try the Es Campur. So refreshing! During our stay in Sengigi we visited her two times. Thank you so much Dije. You are the sweetest! Believe me: your trip to Sengigi is not complete without visiting Dije!

We ate here several times in Seggigi, and it was by far the best food we had during our week long stay. The host Deje is very welcoming and friendly and will make your food as spicy or as mild as you like. The price is very cheap, Deje could easily and justifiably charge more than she does . Gado Gado (vegetarian meal with delicious peanut sauce) and Pelecing (spicy "green spaghetti" made with water spinach) are delicious, and portions are generous. Deje even gave us a lesson and let us take photos and videos of how to make our own when we get home.

Hadijah is the chef of this beautiful Warung, is a very dedicated woman and as she said she always cook with love and you can really feel it.

She is always with a smile and the best attitude to make your day with her famous Gado gado, for me, without a doubt is the best gado gado of Indonesia 🥰

For sure this is the best gado gado that I’ve ever had in Indonesia! All the ingredients are so fresh and lots of different kind of vegetables and the egg and peanut sauce have a really amazing taste.. Also the owner and her younger sister are both very kind and really lovely people. Will be coming here more often 🤩🤩🤩

The most delicious Gado Gado cooked by a true master. The chef explained every step that went into her delicious meal, from blanching the water spinach to grinding the roasted peanuts into a smooth sauce. We loved eating here and will still dream about the flavours long after we returned back home. Also try the Soto Ayam.

As a Jakartan who always craves for Jakarta-style food, I was surprised that this place delivers with its own twist. I'm still unsure how I feel about fried eggs in my gado-gado dish, but the meal was really good and the portion was generous. I'm definitely gonna be a regular here :)

Dije and her sister are the kindest. They prepare everything on order and all the ingredients are fresh.

I also had the coconut drink, which was so refreshing, and much needed if you’re having your peanut sauce spicy (I usually ask Dije for one chili which makes it mildly spicy).

Best Gado-Gado. Hidden next to the road, drove past twice, but a real local treat and great value for money, 25k. Really friendly and showed me how she cooks it! I'd be back again for sure!

The best gado gado in town! I swear! The serving is also big and so satisfying 🤤 one of the things I miss the most in Indonesia.
Ibu Hadijah (the woman who cooks) is also very friendly, makes you wanna come back to her place everytime 😊 she speaks English well so very recommendable to tourists!

Superb gado-gado from an excellent chef. We were drawn here based on Google Maps recommendations and scouted the spot few months before our trip. Did not disappoint and the reviews are all correct.

An unassuming little warung on the roadside, next to a tsunami evacuation sign, just off Montana hotel. Food is prepared in front of you and can be modified to your tastes. You'll get an educational information about how to make gado-gado sauce while waiting so a double win there. The sauce is excellent and meal portions are filling. Head chef is good company also and makes the whole meal pleasant.

Mostly catered for the lunch crowd and might run out of ingredients if busy days, so don't wait until late late afternoon.

If you are in Senggigi this place is a must! They serve local lombok food freshly prepared and super tasty!! If you are not a big fan of spicy food that's no problem as all dishes are prepared freshly and you can just order yours without chilli. They also serve delicious local drinks you can enjoy with your lunch.
Last but not least, Ijah the owner of the warung is super nice and friendly and speaks english.

To wrap it up, this is the perfect place for locals and tourist to get a delicious meal in lombok style. Highly recommended!!!!!

So yummy! Best gado gado I've had my whole trip. This shop is on the side of the road so be aware of that, it's nothing fancy but it will be a guaranteed delicious meal!
